Executive Summary:
This report provides an overview of the fire incident that occurred in the G-6
sector of Islamabad. On 8th June at approximately 10 AM, a fire occurred on the
second floor of the TCS Express Center. The fire was initiated by an electrical
short circuit in one of the office rooms, which quickly spread due to the presence of
flammable materials.

Introduction:
G-6 sector is one of the prominent sectors in Islamabad, known for its commercial
significance. This report aims to analyze the fire incident that occurred in G-6 and
Propose recommendations to prevent these types of incidents.

Overview of the Fire Incident


Sequence of Events:
• An electrical short circuit was detected in room no. 8
• Smoke and flames rapidly spread throughout the room.
