1. General
In support of XXX conducting future operations in Baghdad, Al Murabit
conducted a site visit of the Al Mansour Hotel in the review that XXXX can
reside there, pending approval from XXXX Security.

2. AIM
The hotel Recce aims to identify the current security posture so that XXX staff
can assess whether they can live and operate safely within the Al Mansour
Hotel.

3. Objectives
1. Obtain ground truth and current situation.

2. Investigate local atmospherics and the feasibility of XXX Staff living

in the hotel.

3. Identify the current security posture.

4. Location of safe havens.

4. Executive Summary & Conclusion

Al Mansour Hotel is a purpose-built, multi‐million-dollar complex of hotel accommodations, and leisure facilities, Complemented by Dedicated
Security Company in the hotel. Hotel’s location is between Sinak and Al Salhiah area just next too Tigris river, havng Sinak bridge on east side.
Offers numerous life support facilities, including: Rooms, studios, Restaurant, Bar, Lobby, Café, Laundry facilities, Gym Swimming Pool and
recreational facilities. All bedrooms come complete with fridge, air conditioning, multi-channel television, en-suite bathroom and internet
access. Hotel is relativelly close to Green zone. Police is patrolling trough the area on regular basis.

Al Mansour Hotel is in Mansour province, just at the Tigris shore, next to Sinak bridge.. We are approaching to the entrance – main gate
from Siank bridge street, There is one entrance from Haifa ST. too. The complex itself is bit isolated form the surroundings. Form northeast
side it is isolated by Tigris river. It is the tallest bulding in the area, other surrounding facilites are not higher than 3-4 floors. The Hotel is
between Sinak and Al Salhiah area.

There is separate VIP entrance. Emargency exit is not in use exept for emergency cases. Underground path leads to emergency gate directly from Hotel
