RESOLUTION 003, SERIES OF 2022

“A RESOLUTION TO REQUIRE THE SOCIETY OF ENGINEERING AND

ARCHITECTURE STUDENTS (SEARS) TO HAVE THEIR ORGANIZATIONAL
T-SHIRT.”

WHEREAS, during the meeting of the officers, it was agreed upon that they will
require all member of the organization to have their organizational t-shirt;

WHEREAS, the organizational t-shirt shall be wear by all members of the organization
and they shall wear it during school activities inside and outside the campus for proper
recognition;

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the SEARS’ students shall have their organizational t-shirt
and the newly compose logo shall be used on it;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Dean of the
School of Engineering and Architecture, Director for Student Affairs and the Central
Student Council for their information and guidance.
