Affiliate Terms and Conditions for J3 University (J3U)

1. Overview: By becoming an affiliate for J3 University (J3U), you agree to promote

and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner. This agreement
outlines the terms and conditions governing your role as an affiliate.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
○ Promote J3U courses, events, and brand initiatives on your social media
platforms, blog, or website.
○ Create high-quality content that accurately represents J3U and its
offerings.
○ Adhere to all guidelines provided by J3U regarding branding, messaging,
and promotional material.
○ Act as a brand ambassador for J3U, maintaining a positive and
enthusiastic attitude in all interactions.
3. Social Media Guidelines:
○ Ensure that all social media posts related to J3U are accurate, truthful, and
compliant with relevant regulations.
○ Use appropriate hashtags and tagging to increase visibility and
engagement. @j3university, #j3university, and #j3uaffiliate
○ Engage with your audience and respond promptly to any inquiries or
comments related to J3U.
4. Event Participation:
○ If attending events on behalf of J3U, conduct yourself in a professional
manner and adhere to the event's code of conduct.
○ Represent J3U with integrity and enthusiasm, providing information about
the brand and its offerings to interested individuals.
5. Compensation:
○ As an affiliate, you may receive compensation or incentives based on the
performance of your promotional activities. Compensation terms will be
outlined separately in the affiliate agreement.
6. Intellectual Property:
○ All promotional material, including images, logos, and content provided by
J3U, remains the intellectual property of J3U. You may use these
materials solely for the purpose of promoting J3U in accordance with this
agreement.

7. Confidentiality:
 ○ Any confidential information shared with you by J3U, including but not
limited to business strategies, customer data, and marketing plans, must
be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior
authorization.
8. Termination:
○ J3U reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to
comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or if your actions are
deemed detrimental to the reputation or interests of J3U.
9. Modification of Terms:
○ J3U may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such
modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your
responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions for any updates
or changes.
10. Governing Law:
○ This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
