This letter is about your May 11, 2021 request for an internal review of our decision about
the income support that you receive from the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP).
Based on new information received during your SBT hearing we have now varied our
decision and have updated your ODSP start date to February 1st, 2022.

An arrears payment in the amount of $6216.24 for the period February, March, April and
May 2020 has been paid to you on June 28, 2022. The above amount of $6216.14 includes
both your ODSP financial monthly assistance as well as your MSN travel benefits.
