Revitalizing Sound-Mind on Guidelines on the RPMS for Teachers for SY 2023-2024

Insights or Realizations
Being a teacher is not just a task but rather a profession that should be put into
realization. To be a teacher does not only imply that you know the subject to be
taught but rather on the willingness to constantly improve oneself integrity, as much
as updating the resources and materials that each teacher will use in his/her daily
teaching.

A. A totally new concept

That the RPMS compared to the previous during the New Normal as compared
to the In-person Face to face class has some differences but it is still designed to rate
task accomplished each year. It is generally a plan of task and serve as a guide for
teachers.

B. A familiar concept but learned something new

The objectives being indicated are actually the duties and responsibilities that each
teacher must do in the service. The IPCRF is there to check and one is doing his/her
duties diligently with quality, efficiency and on time.

Lessons Learned (personal experiences of how the strategy) or not in his/her class)

A. Easy points I have learned from this LAC session that to evidently show task
done in accordance with the rating there should always be a corresponding
MOV’s to be attached for its objectives.

 B. Challenging points
From those MOV’s in each objective I think this will make the IPCRF task to
teachers like me on more effort, sacrifice and more time to comply with.

Next Course of Action

From this challenges that I will soon encounter I will try to become an effective teacher
by being on time to de each of the stated objectives for me to be able to do it
effectively and to ensure that the goals of the IPCRF be in effect that is focusing more
on students performance and what they will be learning as I accomplished each
objectives.
