Outdoor Education Instructor

Hello My name is Deryl, I saw your post for a outdoor education instructor on
Cool Works and I got super excited and emotional after I had watched the video
on High Trails, The Amount of passion I have to inspire motivate and assist the
younger generation is unwavering.I don’t have a college degree, but I do have
life experience and I didn’t nish college for these speci c reasons to nd myself
as college didn’t seem to be my t. Along this journey of self discovery I hit a
few rock bottom points, dealing with adhd depression, bipolar and wanting
ful llment but seeking externally for that. Through this darkness I gained
awareness of what children need and the importance of our children and their
environments.

I then had what I call a spiritual awakening, I started seeking internally with my
high power and creator. Mediation, yoga, breath work, journaling were all form I
tapped into, I started to observe my thought process and how I communicated
to my self and what beliefs I had because of these thoughts. I started to journal
new beliefs a rmations, I started changing my environments and creating
environments that can be successful in, I started to listen and be guided to my
intuition the inner voice that never leads me astray I started acting on my
energetic impulses to be a di erent human being to give that person a
compliment to pick up that trash to be present in the moment to give gratitude
and appreciation for my body and the senses I have to be able to experience
this reality on a physical level. I then started to create my reality and unfold the
true version of Deryl.

I have been divinely called to give my gift and be a catalyst for others and to
lean into our kids and give my gift to the younger generation. Through my own
expansion of self awareness I gained clarity harmony and balance. I tapped into
my emotions feeling into them and not running away I leaned into my masculine
creating and directing my life and what I want. Through out high school I
coached little kids through wrestling volunteered in class rooms to help 3rd
graders. Kids just love me all my nieces and nephews. Just adore and love
being around me I love being the energetic fun cousin. I also taught a wrestling
class in a MMA gym and taught the mindset and how it correlated to my style of
wrestling, which was a ow method. Taking opportunities as they present
themselves not forcing. My life has directed me to just be me and make an
impact and to stop chasing money to make an impact I would love to join this
community and share my gift.
