NA started with demolish works on Wednesday.

NA confirmed that to be able to cut the tree, they need EDTL to move electrical line F: 24/05/24

Removing tree roots will be done manually because there are underground
electrical cables at the tree roots. The contractor has done the excavation with an
excavator but it caused erosion on the fence wall
POSITION OF THE BUILDING CNC OPEN S:13/05/24
During site visit executed between BA, NA and CNC, it was found the
implementation building location was in conflict with an existing building, due to a
mistake on topographic survey during design project. The solution proposed by NA
and BA is to move building position 3,50m meters to south.
CNC approved request from NA & BA to move the building 3,50m to south.
CNC to request the Design company to make the rectification of this point so it can
be submitted on the AS-BUILT drawings.
CNC The project owner has confirmed to the design consultant but they have no files
1.1.4. because the techniques that design the project are all working in the government.
The solution is the project owner, project supervision and contractor will have
excavated the new land we see if it is true that the building must move south

this moment only the HSE engineer on site and no condition for other team and
expert to work on site.
3 Offices to be installing, to finalize by this week. To include AC, power sockets,

bookshelves.

 On Thursday, the contractor put the soil in sacks to try to prevent
erosion, but with the condition of the ground water it was continuously
pumped by 2 submersible machines and 2 diesel engines so that the water
shortage could be controlled.
