GENERAL GUIDELINES BEFORE STARTING ONLINE POLICY UNDER ANANDA
1 Check Aadhar Details for Accuracy (Full Name, Initial, D.O.B)
2 Old Address in Aadhar Not a Problem, Provision for New Address is Available
3 Check Mobile Number Linked with Aadhar is available for OTPs
4 NO MODIFICATION OF DETAILS (TAKEN FROM AADHAR) ALLOWED
5 Always tell Two, Two Numbers while telling OTPs
6 Decide the Plan, Term, PPT & Riders in Advance (Note the Premium)
7 Check the SUC (2years P.P) for Eligibility under Non-Medical Schemes
8 Only STD Lives are Eligible under ANANDA (NO Operation/Accident/Disease
9 NO Third-Party payment Allowed (Only Family Members)
10 After Customer Verification and Payment, WAIT for UPDATION – 2/3 minutes
