Configuration and Connection Instructions To 2FA For New Users - v1.3
Background
To meet PCI compliance requirements, Air Canada is requiring all resources who access
the secured and semi-secured PCI zones in Air Canada to go through a new process for
accessing the environment which uses 2 Factor Authentication (2FA). The 2FA access
has been recently updated to provide access to both PCI and non-PCI networks. The
instructions for accessing this environment and downloading the appropriate software is
below.
IMPORTANT: You must first connect to IBM if you are not in an IBM office
This can be done via AT&T dialer (AT&T Global Network Client) or SAS
VPN
NOTE: If you work for the Air Canada account need to access the Air Canada network,
please follow the below steps to activate access yourself following the below steps:

2. Please search for “SNI Canada – SSRA” and click on Request New Account
3. Click on Add and Choose “Air Canada-Net Auth” from below list and Click on
Done.

5. Explain why access is required in the Business purpose (e.g. support Air
Canada servers or applications xyz which are PCI) field and click the Submit
button.
A note requesting approval for your access will then be sent to your manager. Please
do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

Once you have received the second email indicating that access is granted, you will be
able to authenticate
