AUTHORIZING THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUND AMOUNTING TO ____________________________________

/PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES OF THE BARANGAY COTMON.

WHEREAS, Barangay Cotmon has a total amount of ______________________________________________

________________________________________________ (___________________) expenditures for the month of April
2024 stated as follow;
 1. Honorarium for the month of April - 88,819.20
2. T.E.V. - 1,900.00
3. Electric Bill -
4. Mid-Year - 27,500.00
5. Replacement - 7,750.00
6. Reimbursements
a. Office Supply - 1,435.00
b. Printer Repair
c. BHW Registration Fee - 200.00

WHEREAS, The Barangay Council authorizing the Barangay Treasurer Evangeline L. Barba
for the disbursements of the above stated amount intended for Programs/Projects/Activities of the
Barangay Cotmon.

WHEREFORE, on motion presented by Kagawad Michael C. Argarin Committee on

Infrastructure Unanimously seconded be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approved the expenditures for the month of April 2024
and authorizing the disbursement of fund amounting to

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the barangay council and
office of the auditor for information and reference.
