I. The brief facts of the prosecution case are as under:-
1. That the Petitioner is a law abiding citizen of India and permanent

resident of Delhi , having clean antecedents and has never been
found guilty of violating the law of the land. Throughout his career,
the applicant has striven for transparency and accountability in
public and is the foremost and is supporter of women’s right in the
society.
2. That the applicant belongs to a poor family and having

responsibility of old age parents.
3. That the applicant is a teacher and giving tuitions to 40-50 students

of class 5th to 12th at his home along with his wife.
4. That the present FIR bearing no. 151/2024 dated 23.02.2024, was
lodged with PS Harsh Vihar on the complaining statement of the
prosecutrix, after enquiry from family member, MLC and
circumstances informed to PS, based upon which the FIR has been
registered under sections 354/342/506 IPC & 8/10/12 POCSO Act.
True copy and true typed translated copy of the said FIR is annexed
herewith as Annexure P-1 (Colly) and Annexure P-2 (Colly).
5. That the Police had opposed and filed reply in the Anticipatory Bail
Application in above mentioned FIR No. 151/2024 U/s 354/342/506
IPC & 8/10/12 POCSO Act in the Court of Sh. Munish Markan, Ld.
Additional Sessions Judge - 01, Special Judge POCSO, District
Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. The copy of Police Reply
dated in Bail application is annexed herewith as Annexure-P5
(Colly).
6. That applicant approached to this Hon’ble court with the prayer that
this Hon’ble court may be pleased to exercise its jurisdiction under
section 438 of the Criminal procedure code 1973 and the applicant
above named on bail on any suitable terms and conditions as this
Hon’ble court may deems it fit and proper in connection with FIR
No. 151/2024 Under Section 354/342/506 IPC & 8/10/12 of POCSO
Act, PS Harsh Vihar.
7. That there was not a single whisper from any corner including above
the prosecutrix that any alleged untoward occurrence had taken place
during the at the time of petitioner’s brother’s marriage in Feb 2023.
Further, prosecutrix has not mentioned this thing before police or any
authority and even not disclosed this fact before Ld. MM. in her
statement of 164 Cr. PC statement in FIR no. 591/2023 even she
described petitioner and his wife as her “good friends”.
8. That, it was after a long delay of over 1 year that the Applicant was
first informed that a complaint has been received against him. The
alleged complaint is clearly motivated, false and an afterthought.
9. That the Applicant above named is preferring the present application

after dismissal of Bail Application No. 660/2024 on dated 20.04.2024
by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Distt. Shahdara, Karkardooma
Courts, Delhi. The copy of dismissed bail order dated 20.04.2024 are
annexed herewith as Annexure-P6 (Colly).
TRUE FACTS OF THE CASE ARE AS UNDER
10.That the brief facts leading to filing of the instant application are as
under:-
10.1 That the prosecution has falsely implicated the applicant

in the present case and whereas the applicant is a law abiding
and respectable member of society and he has nothing to do
with the alleged offence.
10.2 That the present FIR has been lodged by the prosecutrix
and her family members on false allegations and is counter
blast to the FIR no. 140/2024 U/s 354/354B/542/506/509/34
IPC lodged by the wife of the petitioner against the three
family members of the prosecutrix namely Yadram (uncle of
the prosecutrix), Hari Singh grand father of the prosecutrix)
and Raju (father of the prosecutrix). Copy of the FIR no.
140/2024 is here annexed as Annexure P3 & P4 (Colly).
10.3 That the prosecutrix herself had lodged the FIR no.
591/2023 against all her 6 family members dated 24.10.2023
U/s 376/323/506 and section 6 of the POCSO Act registered
at PS Harsh Vihar, Delhi. Copy of the FIR no. 591/2023 is
here annexed as Annexure P7 & P8 (Colly).
10.4 That the petitioner has been granted Anticipatory bail on

14.12.2023 in FIR no. 591/2023 registered at PS Harsh Vihar.

591/2023 is here annexed as Annexure P9 (Colly).
10.5 That the prosecutrix has given a statement under section

164 Cr. PC. Before the Ld. MM and not supported the case of
prosecution. Accordingly, police has filed FIR cancellation
report and same has been accepted by Ld. ASJ-01 (SC-
POCSO), District Shahdara, KKD Courts, Delhi and FIR
cancelled. Copy of the screenshot of E-Court app showing
cancellation of FIR is annexed herewith as Annexure-P10.
10.6 That Anita (co-accused) wife of petitioner has been
arrested on dated 22.04.2024 by police in above said FIR no.
151/2024 registered at PS Harsh Vihar.
10.7 That Anita (co-accused), wife of petitioner in FIR no.

151/2024 registered at PS Harsh Vihar was given regular Bail
on order dated 27.04.2024 granted by Ld. ASJ, District
Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
10.8 That the no specific evidence came on record against the

applicant/accused during the investigation. The evidence
collected during investigation so far against the
Applicant/accused is very meagre
10.9 That applicant/accused is not a habitual offender and he

is not having any previous involvement.
10.10 That the present FIR is registered on dated 23.02.2024 at

PS Harsh Vihar and persecution story as per the FIR is
“Prosecutrix (Complainant) have been studying in ninth class

with Master Pradeep and Madam Anita (Pradeep’s wife ). She
was given advocacy books instead of studying. is 4 years old.
Petitioner used to teach her law and used to beat prosecutrix in
class 9 saying that he would made her a judge otherwise
petitioner would teach her law. Petitioner and his wife used to
make prosecutrix sit with them and show prosecutrix big
dreams, but gradually prosecutrix understood this, Petitioner
and his wife used to make me sit there and tell prosecutrix to
do as petitioner and her wife say. Petitioner will kill prosecutrix
if she didn’t listen to him. When prosecutrix went with
petitioner and his wife to petitioner's brother's wedding on 26th
February 2023, prosecutrix was changing her clothes. After
that, petitioner and Anita Madam (petitioner’s wife ) started
blackmailing me and said that they have some dirty photos of
prosecutrix which petitioner and his wife will make these
photos viral, further petitioner brought the signatures of
prosecutrix parents and kept exploiting them with black paper
photos and said that if prosecutrix get the tuition removed,
petitioner will make it viral. Petitioner also started physically
abusing prosecutrix and used to force her to sit near him.
Petitioner used to touch prosecutrix chest and also looked at her
with wrong eyes. When prosecutrix was in tuition, petitioner
used to put a gate and He used to touch prosecutrix wrong
places, use to put his hand inside prosecutrix pants, when
prosecutrix refused, petitioner used to say that he will get her
brother killed, she was scared. After this petitioner used to
threaten her and he used to give prosecutrix some substance to
drink, saying that it is a medicine beneficial for the brain.
Prosecutrix used to fall asleep as soon as I drank it. I used to
fall asleep as soon as I came home. When prosecutrix family
came to know about this at their house, petitioner and his wife
got scared. They threatened prosecutrix and told her to do as
they say, forced prosecutrix to file a false case against her own
family, due to which prosecutrix was sent to CWC for a few
months, then gradually prosecutrix understood that she was
wrong to her family.
10.11 That hence, the Petitioner is filing the present bail

application before this Hon'ble Court and prays before this
Hon'ble Court for grant of interim bail on the following
amongst other grounds:-
GROUNDS:-
I. BECAUSE I.O. has given sec 41 A notice on dated 18.03.2024

in above said FIR no. 151/2024 registered at PS Harsh Vihar
and petitioner appeared before I.O. on 20.03.2024.
II. BECAUSE petitioner filed anticipatory bail application on

dated 22.03.2024 against anticipation of arrest by police
officials before Ld. ASJ-01, District Shahdara, Karkardooma
Courts, Delhi and matter was fixed for hearing on 06.04.2024.
III. BECAUSE police has taken NBW (Non Bailable Warrants) on

27.03.2024 from Ld. Session Court, on false submission,
against the petitioner. When the anticipatory bail application
was pending before the Ld. Trial Court.
IV. BECAUSE the applicant is a teacher and giving tuitions to 40-
50 students and no other student has made complaint against
him till date.
V. BECAUSE the Petitioner is innocent and has been falsely and

baselessly implicated by the prosecution in this case.
VI. BECAUSE the present FIR is a false and implicated case by

the prosecutrix and her family members and is counter blast to
the FIR no. 140/2024 U/s 354/354B/542/506/509/34 IPC
lodged by the wife of the petitioner against the three family
members of the prosecutrix namely YAD raM, Hari Singh and
Raj.
VII. BECAUSE the prosecutrix under her family pressure has

falsely named the petitioner and withdrawn the case filed
against her family members vide FIR no. 591/2023 registered at
PS Harsh Vihar.
VIII. BECAUSE, as per “Capt. Satish Kumar Sharma vs Delhi

Administration, ILR 1990 DELHI 203”, this Hon'ble court has held :
“………………….viewed from different angle, under Art. 226 of the
Constitution the High Court has been given still wider powers. Under Art.
226(2) it has been provided that the power conferred by Clause (1) to
issue directions, orders or writs to any Government, authority or person
may also be exercised by any High Court exercising jurisdiction in
relation to the territories within which the cause of action wholly or in
part, arises for the exercise of such power notwithstanding that the seat of
such Government or authority or the residence of such persons territories.
is no within those .In other words, the Applicant is sought to be deprived
of his personal liberty and threatened to be arrested in Delhi within the
jurisdiction of High Court of Delhi and through the police officers of
Delhi to whom the warrant has been endorsed, although the offence is
alleged to have been committed in the State of Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, it
cannot be disputed that since there is a threat of deprivation of liberty of
the Applicant in the State of Delhi in connection with an offence alleged to
have been committed in the State of Uttar Pradesh, the cause of action in
part certainly arises in Delhi. Therefore, this Court has Jurisdiction in the
matter irrespective of the scat of the Government or the High Court within
whose jurisdiction the offence is alleged to have been committed.
Therefore, in the light of the discussion above, we have no doubt in mind
that since the Applicant has reason to believe that he may be arrested on
an accusation of having committed a non-bailable offence in Delhi, this
Court has certainly the jurisdiction to enlarge the Applicant on
anticipatory bail under S. 438 of the Criminal P.C. as well as under Art.
226 of the Constitution."
IX. BECAUSE the Petitioner has clean antecedents and he has
never been involved in any other case except the present case.
X. BECAUSE the Petitioner has deep roots in the society and

there is no chance of his absconding from the law.
XI. BECAUSE no purpose will be served by keeping the applicant

in J.C.
XII. BECAUSE the Petitioner is willing to furnish sound surety to
the satisfaction of this Hon'ble Court/ Trial Court., if Bail is
granted to him.
XIII. BECAUSE the petitioner is a married person and have two

minor children and the sole bread earner for his family and his
entire family dependent on his shoulder.
XIV. BECAUSE the petitioner has his permanent residence H. no.

D-1/70, Street no. 23Near Budh Nagar, Harsh Vihar, Delhi and
carries on business and he has no chance of absconding.
XV. BECAUSE, the mandates contained in Article 21 of the

Constitution place the dignity of human life and liberty on the
highest pedestal and the principle of an Accused being
presumed innocent till proven guilty forms the basis of Indian
criminal jurisprudence and therefore it is obligatory that the
investigation should be judicious, fair, transparent and free
from incumbencies or interference.
1. That, apprehending arrest and the deprivation of his personal

liberty in connection with the aforesaid FIR, the Applicant is
constrained to move the present Application under section 438
of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to safeguard his liberty
in terms of the stipulations contained therein.
2. That, the Applicant is a person of well established credentials
and is a law-abiding citizen with immense respect for the due
process of law. The Applicant undertakes to join the
investigation as and when required or called upon and shall
extend his fullest. cooperation to the authorities in the conduct of
their ongoing investigation.
3. That the Applicant is ready and willing to face the investigation

in order to prove his innocence and is merely seeking a fair
chance to defend himself effectively.
4. That, the Applicant has deep roots in society and poses no flight
risk and there can be no apprehension of him absconding from
justice or tampering with evidence.
5. That the Applicant is ready to comply with any condition

imposed by this Hon'ble Court while granting him anticipatory
bail and shall further comply with all the notices/ summons
served on him and undertakes to fully cooperate with the
ongoing investigation. Under no circumstance has the Applicant
interfered with the investigation, nor will he refrain at any point
from providing any information/ documents as required by the
investigating agencies.
6. That, the present matter is not a custodial interrogation is

required, as recovered from or at the instance of the Applicant.
7. That petitioner undertakes to abide by the terms and conditions
that may be imposed upon him by the Hon’ble High Court and
shall attend the Ld. ASJ, Distt. Shahdara, Karkardooma
Courts, Delhi as and when required.
8. That the aforesaid submissions are made without any prejudice

to one another.
9. That Applicant craves leave to refer to and reply upon the

documentary evidences annexed to this Application.
10.That the Applicant craves leave to add, amend, delete, change,

alter and modify any of the foregoing paragraphs/grounds,
with the permission of this Hon’ble Court and to refer to and
reply upon any further and additional grounds at the time of
arguments.
11.That the applicant submit that this ‘Application’ is not barred

by the law of limitation and the same has been filed within the
laid down time limit.
12.That the Applicant has not filed any other similar application
for bail before this Hon’ble Court or before the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India.
13.That the petition is bona fide and made in the interest of

justice.

दिल्ली-110093 उमर 14 वर्ष है। मैं नौथी कक्षा में पढ़ती है। मैं पिछले कु छ
वर्षों मास्टर प्रदीप व मैडम अनीता (प्रदीप की प पवी) के पास ट्यूशन पढ़ती
थी। परंतु व मुझे 9 वीं कक्षा की पढ़ाई ना कर कर वकालत की किताबे देती
है औ और वकालत कालत मुझे पढ़ाते पढ़ाते थे मेरे मना करने पर मुझे
धमकाते ये व मारते थे और कहते थे कि मैं तुम्हें जज बनाउं गा। और मुझे
बड़े-बड़े सपने दिखाते थे धीरे-धीरे मैंने यह बात समझी कि व सभी बच्चों से
अलग मुझे बिठाया करते थे बच्चों के जाने के बाद भी मुझे वहीं बिठाकर
रखता था और कहता था कि जैसा में बोलू वैसा ही करना है नहीं तो तेरे
भाई तेरे पिता व पूरे परिवार को मरवा दूंगा अगर तूने मेरी बात नहीं मानी
तो जब मैं 26 फरवरी 2023 में इनके साथ मास्टर प्रदीप के भाई की शादी में
गई थी मैंने वहां पर मैने कपड़े बदले थे मास्टर प्रदीप के घर के कमरे में
ऐसा कै मरा था जो मुझे नहीं दिबा उसके बाद मास्टर प्रदीप व अनीता मैडम
(मास्टर की पत्नी) मैडम ने मुझे ब्लैकमेल करना शुरू कर दिया और कहा
कि तेरे कु छ गंदे फोटो हमारे पास है जो हम कहते हैं वही कर नहीं तो तेरे
ये फोटो वायरल कर देंगे। और इन दोनों ने मुझसे कहा कि अपनी मम्मी व
पापा के सिग्नेचर लेकर आ ब्लैक पेपर पर इसके बाद इतना सब कु छ होने
के बाद भी कि इस और कहा व मेरा मानसिक पेपर पर जो मैं लिखूंगा
उससे तेरे बर्बाद हो जाएंगे। मां-बाप रूप से शोषण करते रहे और बोला अगर
तूने ट्यूशन हटवा तो ये फोटो वायरल कर दूंगा। मेरा शारीरिक शोषण भी
करना शुरू कर दिया और मुझे जबरदस्ती मुझे अपने पास बैठाया करते थे
मास्टर प्रदीप जी और मेरी छाती पर भी हाथ लगाता था और मुझे गलत
निगाहों से भी देखा था जब में ट्यूशन में होती थी तो गेट भी लगा लिया
करता था और मेरी गलत जगह पर हाथ लगाता था मेरी पेंट के अंदर हाथ
डालता मेरी मना करने पर वह कहता था में तेरे भाई को मरवा दूंगा मुझे
डरता था। इसके बाद मास्टर मुझे धमकता था मैंने कहा में मैं आप लोगों
के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही करूगी। आप ने मेरी जी जीवन खराब कर
दिया है। । तथा मेरे को यह कहकर कि यह दिमाग के लिए फायदेमंद दवाई

है कु छ ऐसा पदार्थ पिलाता था जिसे पीते ही मैं नींद में हो जाया करती थी
घर आते ही सो जाया करती थी इस बात का पता मेरे घर पर चला तो
मास्टर व उसकी पत्नी डर गये उन्होंने मुझे डराया धमकाया और कहा हा
बोलते हैं वैसा करो एक झूठा के स अपने घर कि जैसा वालों पर करने के
लिए मजबूर किया जिसके चलते मैं कु छ महीने सी०डब्ल्यू०सी में कु छ महीने
भेजा गया। तो धीरे-धीरे मुझे समझा आया कि मैं अपने घर वालों को गलत
के स में फं सा दूंगी और मेरे परिवार वालों का क्या होगा और मेरा क्या होगा
मैं किसके सहारे रहूंगा जब मेरी कोर्ट में पेशी हुई तब मैंने जज साहब को
कहा कि यह के स झूठा है मेरे घर वालों ने मेरे साथ कोई गलत काम नहीं

Complaint letter regarding physical and mental abuse. Sir, my humble
request is that I Jayaprada Daughter Shri Raju. (Address-C-3/366, Street No.
29/11, Harsh Vihar Delhi-110093. I am 14 years old. I study in ninth class. I
have been taking tuition from Master Pradeep and Madam Anita (Pradeep's
grandmother) for the last few years. But instead of studying in class 9, he
used to give me law books and when I refused to teach him, he used to beat
me and used to say that he will make me a judge. He used to show dreams.
Gradually, I understood that he used to make me sit separately from all the
children, even after the children left, he used to keep me sitting there and
used to tell me to do as he said, otherwise your brother, your father and all
the others would die. I will get your family killed if you don't listen to me.
When I went with him to Master Pradeep's brother's wedding on 26th
February 2023, I changed my clothes there. There was a camera in the room
of Master Pradeep's house which I could not understand. Later, Master
Pradeep and Anita Madam (Master's wife) Madam started blackmailing me
and said that they have some dirty photos of yours, do whatever we say,
otherwise they will make your photos viral. And both of them told me to
bring the signatures of my mother and father on the black paper. After all
this, whatever I write on this and my mental paper will ruin you. The parents
kept exploiting me and said that if you get the tuition removed, I will make
this photo viral. He also started physically abusing me and Master Pradeep ji
used to force me to sit near him and also used to touch my chest and also
looked at me with wrong eyes. When I was in tuition, he used to put a gate
and He used to touch my wrong places, put his hand inside my pants, when I
refused, he used to say that I will get your brother killed, I was scared. After
this the master used to threaten me and I said I will take legal action against
you all. You have ruined my life. , And he used to give me some substance
to drink, saying that it is a medicine beneficial for the brain, after drinking it,
I used to fall asleep and as soon as I came home, I used to fall asleep. When
this came to light at my house, the master and his wife got scared. They
threatened me and told me to do as they say and forced me to file a false
case against my family members due to which I was sent to CWC for a few
months. So gradually I understood that I will implicate my family members
in a wrong case and what will happen to my family members and what will
happen to me and on whom will I depend? When I appeared in the court, I
told the judge that this case is false. My family members did not do anything

मेरा चाचा कहता है। कि मेरी पुहँच बहुत उपर तक है इसे जब ये बीमार हो
तब खाने में ज जहर दे कर मार देगे और लोगो को लगेगा कि लड़की
बीमार थी इस कारण से मर गई। मेरे माना बादरान भी इनके राडयंत्र में
शामिल है यादराम ने कहा की 4-5 Case तो मेरे ऊपर चल ही रहे है। ।
अगर कोई बात पुलि पुलिस को पता लगती भी है। जायेगा। 2. यह की श्री
मान जी मुझे मेरी जान का बतरा है। अगर मुझे कु छ होता है। है। या मरी
जान जाती है। चालू हो बाहे बजह जैसे खाने में जहर देना, या कोई. मुझे
गलत दवाई देना या फासी पर लटकाना या पीट-पीट कर मार देना मेरी
मौत के जिम्मे-टार मेरा पिता, भाई, मेरी माँ, चाचा रोहित, मेरा दादा। हरि
सिंह। ह ही होगे। 3. यह कि मेरे पिता, भाई प्रशात, याचा रोहित, और आकाश
ने मेरा शारिरिक शोषण किया और जब मेने ये बात अपने दादा हुरि सिंह
और दादी को बताई तो उन्होंने भी मुझे समझाया र की बात है। जो ह हुआ
सो हुआ पर तु ये बात बाहर किसी को नहीं बतायेगी, दादी ने कहाँ घर की
बात है। छाँड दे क्यो कि घर बखेडा बना रही है। क्या शादी के बाद नहीं
सोएगी किसी के साथ। यह कि मेरे मामा यादराम अनजाने में इनका साथ
दे रहे है। क्योकि उन्हे सचाई का नहीं पता मामा को तो बस ये लोग कहते
है। है। कि यह लडक घर का काम नहीं करती, जुबान लडाती है। 5. यह कि
ये लोग अनपड है। ये बाबा और आडंबरो में विश्वास रखते है और मुझे
बाबाओं के पास जबरन ले जाते रहते है मेरे घर में सब एसे ही है। रोहित
का चक्कर मेरी मम्मी के साथ चल रहा है। यो मेरी मम्मी के साथ सोता है
और पापा को ये सच पता है। पर वो कु छ नहीं कहते क्योंकि पिता जी का
चक्कर बाहर किसी औरत के साथ चल रहा है और ये मम्मी को भी पता है
और इन सब का फायदा बड़े पापा भी उठाते है। वो भी मेरी मम्मी के साथ
सोते है। मेरे परिवार में यह सब हो रहा है। मेरे माता पिता मेरे सामने ही
शारिरिक संबंध बनाते है। ये भी इनका रोज का नाटक है। मुझे और प्रशात
को बज तक मेरे दादा-दादी नहीं आये ये ऊपर कमरे में सुलाते थे प्रशांत मेरे
सामने ही हस्तमैथुन करता था और फिर मरे साथ संबंध बनाता था। पिता
जी का जब मन करता प्रशात को बोलते नीचे सो जा आज में सोऊं गा ऊपर
और फिर वो भी मेरे साथ सोते थे। 6. यह कि एक दिन ये लोग मुझे जबरन
फांसी पर लटका रहे थे। और बोल रहे थे कि तुने हमारी बात नही मानी या
ये सारी बाते बाहर किसी को भी बताई तो तुझे हम मार देगे मेने अपनी
जान बचाने के लिए इनसे खुब हाथ पैर जोडे और कहाँ थस मारो मत तुम
जैसा कहोगे मैं अब वैसा ही करुणी। और इन्होने कहाँ कि अगर कोई बात
बिगडती है। तो तुझे हमारा साथ देना है। 7. यह कि कि इन्होंने मेरा स्कू ल
से भी नाम कटवा दिया था। जब मैने इन लोगो को बोला की में अब
तुम्हारी सारी बाते मानुगी जो भी तुम कहोगे तब इन्होने मेरा दुबारा स्कू ल
न में दाखिला 9th Class में कराया है। 18. यह कि श्रीमान जी में जी में
इनके इस गलत व्यवहार से वहुत दुखी हूँ और में हरी और सहुमी रहती हूँ
और मै मानसिक रूप से भी परेशान हैं। क्योंकि ये लोग मुझे जान से मारने
की धमकी देते रहते हैं। और मुझे भविष्य में जान से मार भी सकते है। 9.
अतः श्रीमान र्जी से विनम्र अनुरोध हैं। कि उपरोक्त लोगो के खिलाफ सवत
से सख्त कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाये तथा मेरी जान की सुरक्षा की जाये।

पॉट न.-3 गली २० 29 हर्ष विहार दिल्ली पर रहती है में बाठो को टयूशन देने
का काम करती हैं। कानून में पूरा विशवास रखनी वाली शांति प्रिय महिला
है। यह है कि दिनाक 10/2/2024 को करीब 6.30PM पर मेरे घर के सामने
शोर शराबा हो रहा था, तो में हु-हल्ला सुनकर घर के सामने गई, तो यहा
यादराम व दो अन्य मेरे पति से गुस्से में बात कर रहे थे, और धमकियां दे
रहे थे, मैं चहा गई तो मैंने उन लोगो को कहा शांति से कोई बात तो इस
पर यादराम भड़क गया कहा कि बहन की लोडी हम आदमी बात कर रहे है,
तु रांड ग्यान मत दे मैने बीच बचाव किया तो यादराम ने मेरी छाती पर

हाथ मारा और शर्म रह के मारे में बहा से चली गई, और यादराम व अन्य
व्यक्ति भी लौट गए यह करते हुये लौट गए कि तुझे ही बताते है और
सबक सिखाएगे। यह कि वहा पर मैंने 112 न० पर कानें की, और पुलिस
आई पर उन्हें गिरफ्तार नहीं किया और कु छ कागजो पर साईन कराये,
कागजों की लिखा-पडी मुझे नहीं पता। यह कि रात लगभग 11:30 बजे में
समरसिचाल कनैक्शन बदलने के लिए बाहर आई तभी यादराम, राजू और
हरिसिंह मेरे घर में घुस गए तब इन्होंने कहा कि अनीता तु बहुत सयानी
बनाती है तुझको आज हम बताते है। यह कह कर यादराम ने मेरे सुट को
फाँड दिया और राजू ने मेरी चड़ी में हाथ डाला तथा हरिसिंह ने मेरी छाती
को पकड़ लिया और मेरे boobs दबाये, और कहा चूड़ी-चमार तेरे साथ ए से
ही सही है। तब तक यादराम ने अपने फोन से मेरे फोटो व विडियो बना ली
और कहा की इस घटना के बारे में किसी को मत बताना नहीं तो online
विडियो वायरल कर देंगे। और अबकी बार तेरे मुँह में लंड दे देंगे। यह कि
इनके कारण मेरे पेट, कमर, छाती में असहनीय दर्द हुआ। और मेरे गुमाग से
भी खून निकलने लगा। महोदय मेरे पायें के नीचे की जमीन खिसक गई
पता नहीं किस गुना कि सत्ता मुले गिल रही है, मेरी जिन्दगी जीते जी नर्फ
हो गई । इस जिन्दगी से तो मरना आसान है। अब मैं इनका अत्याचार
और ज्यादा नहीं सह सकती नहीं तो मुझे किसी दिन अपनी जान से हाथ
धोना पड़ेगा। महोदय आपसे हाथ जोडकर एक तडपती हुई स्त्री की प्रार्थना है

forceful rape by Watram, Harisingh, Raju Sir, Niveton, that I am Anita
daughter Chatarpal resident C-3/29 pound floor Khasra No. 10/17/1. She
lives at Pot No.-3 Gali 2029 Harsh Vihar, Delhi and works as a tutor. She is
a peace-loving woman who has full faith in the law. This is that on
10/2/2024 at around 6.30PM, there was a commotion in front of my house,
when I heard the commotion, I went in front of the house, there Yadaram
and two others were talking angrily to my husband. , and they were giving
threats, I got angry so I told them to talk peacefully, Yadram got angry on
this and said that sister's lady, we are talking, you whore, don't give
knowledge, I intervened, then Yadram She hit me on the chest and went
away out of shame, and Yadaram and other people also returned saying that
they will tell you and teach you a lesson. That I rang 112 number there, and
the police came but did not arrest him and made him sign some papers, I do

Delhi It is requested that on date 11/02/24 Vide GD No. PCR CALL
received in 68 A. ASI Bijender Singh No. posted on CALL EMERGENCY
DUTY. 3694-D was received in which the caller told that the caller has
reached the spot on 10/02/24 and the caller has gone to SIDHI JAGAH, or
the caller has given a complaint to the police station. 'Aayi Hae Jisey Koi
Receiving Nahi De Rahe Hae'. Which under the command of SHO Saheb
was marked to PSI for further action. On which DCW Counselor was
informed by calling 181. It was found that the CIC counselor is at GTB
Hospital and will counsel the complainant there. On which HC Sarita No.
3259/NE took the victim from GTB Hospital vide MLC No. G-20/24 Dt.
Medical examination was conducted on 11/02/24 and counseling of the
complainant was done from CIC counselor Meeta Bhandari and counseling
report was obtained. After this Man PSI approached HC Sarita No. Victim's
MLC was obtained from 3259/NE, which was written by Dr. on MLC.
Saheb has A/H/O of sexual assault 1 day ago on 10/02/24 at his home in
Harsh Vihar by her 3 neighbors named Yadram. Raju and Harisingh. Victim
gives no history of sexual intercourse. She gives A/H/O photography and

I. The brief facts of the prosecution case are as under:-
