Ans:- Tom disliked attending school on Monday because for
him it began of another week’s suffering. It was so difficult to
go to school on Monday after enjoying the vacations.
Q 2:- Why did Tom decide to hold the tooth in reserve? What
did he think of next?
Ans:- Tom decided to hold the tooth in reserve because he
knows that if the Aunt Polly got to know about it , She will pull
it out . He then remembered, that doctor speaking of a routine
illness that laid off a patient for two or three months.

Ans:- Tom got annoyed with Sid because he continued to sleep
and did not wake even when Tom was groaning loudly.

of fire from the kitchen.

Ans:- According to Aunt Polly ,Tom seemed to try every way,

naughty deeds.

Ans:- Tom’s reward was that when he went to school later that
day, he was the envy of all his school mates because the gap is
in upper row of teeth allowed him to spit in a new way.

Ans:- Yes, I think Aunt Polly was quite sensible as she saw
through Tom's act immediately. She decided to pull out his loose
tooth, ignoring Tom's excuses as she knew letting it remain
would only cause him more discomfort.
