 Mr Aslam suggested to provide
long extension for Bibi to use in
the hall for the vacuum.
 Teachers especially in primary
encouraged to decorate the
classrooms.
 Class teachers need to ensure
there are no extra chairs and
tables in the classsroom.
Mr Hussain and Mrs  Mrs Rufina updated that
Rufina teachers and students are doing
performances practice every
week.
 Mr Hussain appointed Mrs Huda
as PGC coordinator and Mrs
Khairunnisa as the Deputy.

 Teachers are advised not to talk
to teachers and students during

 Mr Hussain also reminded that
20% of KPI including the
tardiness.
 New staff will be joining who will
be responsible in managing
library and other staff.
 Bulletin board needs to be
updated. Mr Sashi raise the
concern on printing issue
through Mr Imran. Mr Hussain
will try to solve with him.
 Mrs Rufina asked for extension
wire for Y3G class.
 Spot check should be done in
professional way that won’t bring
any discomfort among students.
 Mr Aroos classes will be done by
Mr Hussain until the new teacher
joins the school.
 Mr Roy and Mrs Sashi informed
about the roof leakage of
Science and Math rooms and
Mrs Rufina concerned about the
leaking along the bridge . Mr
Hussain asked Mrs Rufina to
write the concern to Mah Sing

and JMB.
 Mrs Rufina raise the concern on
the late fetching of students. Mrs
Rufina suggested to charge the
parents, but Mr Hussain asked
to send reminders first.

7) Others Fare which will be held on 4th
and 5th Nov at Midvalley.
Teachers involve are Mrs Rufina,
Mr Aslam, Mrs Misha, Mrs
Ruseela, Mrs Vani and Mrs
