Patient : Assalamu’alaikum

Midwife : Wa’alaikumssalam... oh Mrs. come in, please have your sit Mrs. !
Patient : Thank you, midwife
Midwife : May i know your name? And where do you live ?
Patient : Sure, my name is Rani and i live in Ambuuwiu village
Midwife : Can I help you ?
Patient : I want to check my pregnancy
Midwife : Do you have already children before ?
Patient : Not yet, this is my first time pregnancy
Midwife : Alright, do you remember when the first day of your last menstruation
period is ?
Patient : Yes, if i not mistaken, it was on 10 April 2024
Midwife : If i count from the first day of last menstruation, Mrs. already
pregnancy
11 week. Do you have problem in this pregnancy ?
Patient : I’m always nauseous and can’t smell a strong odor, like parfume.
Midwife : Nausea and vomiting usually occur early in pregnancy.
Patient : Is nausea and vomiting dangerous for mother and her fetus ?
Midwife : If nausea and vomiting are not excessive, then it is not dangerous. It’s
normal for pregnant women.
Patient : Alhamdulillah, that is all is normal condition.
Midwife : Yes, excuse me Mrs., i’ll check your blood pressure
Patient : Ok, midwife
Midwife : Your blood pressure is normal, and your pregnancy condition is also
normal.
Midwife : My message is to maintain the condition of pregnancy. Don’t be too
tired and eat lots of nutritious foods, such as fruits, vegetables and
meat.
If you feel nauseous, try removing it by eating a little but often, get
profer rest, drink plenty of water, and avoid odors that may make you
feel nauseous.
Patient : Alright, i will do that. Thank you very much.
Midwife : You’re welcome. I hope your pregnancy is always healthy.
Patient : Amiin, Thank you for you time. See you next time midwife.
