long. Then she sawed 2,6 centimetres off the end. How long is the
piece of wood now?

2. Peter bought 0,49 kilograms of apples and 0,68 kilograms of


oranges. How much fruit did he buy in all?

3. Bobby bought plastic tubes that are each 0,4 metres long. If Bobby
makes a line of 3 tubes by placing them end-to-end, how long will it
be?

4. Currently, a construction company can dig 3,3 metres per hour, but
a new tool would let the company dig 7 times as fast. How fast
would the company be able to dig with the new tool?

5. Debbie's Cleaning uses 3,4 bottles of soap each week. How many
bottles will Debbie use in 7 weeks?
