The opinions of undergraduate and postgraduate students on the different facilities at a
British university in 2007 are statistically presented in the given pie charts. It can be seen that the satisfaction levels were similar in some matters and different in others. Both undergraduates and postgraduates had similar feelings about the school rooms at the university. About 2/3 of both were very satisfied, a quarter were not satisfied and the remaining 13-14% each were quite satisfied. However, there was a marked difference of opinions regarding the university cafeteria. Approximately 3/4 of the postgraduates were very satisfied but only about a half of undergraduates were very satisfied. 16% and 11% of postgraduates were quite satisfied and not satisfied respectively whereas the figures for undergraduates were 22% and 26% respectively. The major discrepancy was related to school facilities, with which only a small minority (1%) of undergraduates was not satisfied but a quarter (25%) of postgraduates had the same feelings. Besides, a vast majority (85%) of undergraduate students were very satisfied whereas less than half (43%) of postgraduates were very satisfied. 14% of undergraduates were quite satisfied but about a doubled number (32%) of postgraduates were quite happy regarding the school facilities.
