AGENDA YOUNG PROFESSIONAL FELLOWSHIP BALI 2024
Amidst the serenity and idyllic beaches of Bali, Young Professional Fellowship Bali 2024
is all set to empower young individuals to be the leaders of the future. The program is
professionally designed to amalgamate core elements of learning with creativity, to
ensure an enjoyable experience. YPF Bali 2024 has invited delegates from 65+ States,
bringing their unique identities together on one platform to create atmosphere encour-
aging of socialization. In addition, the program has organized training sessions, gaming
practices, group activities and trips to polish the leadership, problem solving and critical
thinking skills of the delegates, so they acquire a confident personality and an elevated
caliber level. The delegates will get a fair chance to socialize, speak their minds, and
explore their potential, all while having a memorable time. Considering the transitioning
trends of today’s era where Youth and their abilities are highly needed to establish
healthy systemic structures, Young Professional Fellowship is delighted to be the source
of such empowering opportunity.

TOPICS FOR VIII-YOUNG PROFESSIONAL FELLOWSHIP BALI 2024:

The YPF format includes small group discussions, hands-on service-learning experienc-
es, leadership simulation games and exercises designed to enable fellowship partici-
pants to identify their core leadership strengths.

INNOVATION STATION:
• Discussing how to develop a clear and forward-thinking vision that aligns with global
trends and emerging technologies
• Develop an agile leadership style that can navigate uncertainty and rapidly changing
trends around the globe
• Emphasize the role of purpose in driving innovation and global leadership

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS:

• Discussing how Education can helps dispel misconceptions and foster a more understanding
society
• Exploring the impact of mental health on productivity emotion and behavior
