COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
The parties respectfully allege that:

1. The plaintiff filed this claim against the defendant for collection of sum of
money;

\\ 2. The parties have come to an amicable settlement and have executed this
Compromise Agreement with the following terms and conditions:

a. Defendant Lovely Joy Punzalan Monteza acknowledged her indebtedness

to the plaintiff Platinum Creditplus Lending Corporation represented by
Jonathan D. Salamanca, in the reduced amount of ONE HUNDRED
NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 190,000.00);

b. Defendant Lovely Joy Punzalan Monteza will pay the plaintiff the amount
of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 10,000.00) every 30th day of the month
starting 30 July 2024 to 30 January 2026 until fully paid;

c. Defendant Lovely Joy Punzalan Monteza shall pay the amount of TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 10,000.00) into the plaintiff's BDO Savings
Account with Account Name PLATINUM CREDITPLUS LENDING
CORPORATION and with Account Number 000-570-221-242:

d. In case of default or non-payment for TWO (2) consecutive months, the

plaintiff will be entitled to the issuance of a Writ of Execution against the
defendant;

e. Upon full payment, the plaintiff shall execute a Certificate of Full payment
in favour of the defendant; and

 f. The parties undertake to faithfully comply with the foregoing.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the parties respectfully pray that the Court
approve this Compromise Agreement and render judgment on the basis treof.
