Barangay Vision: By the year 2026, Paniangan shall be a leading agriculturally productive barangay; sustained by its God-fearing
and peace-loving people; living in a progressive, peaceful, ecologically balanced, safety, resilient and adaptive
community with socially and economically empowered constituents aiming towards sustainable development.

Barangay Mission: Barangay Paniangan aims at achieving in guiding the community living in a progressive, peaceful, God-fearing,
ecologically balanced community and bringing the empowered constituents towards sustainable development.

Barangay Goals and Objectives:

 To ensure food security and improve the living standards of small farmers through increased production and
employment generation
 To pursue agricultural development on sustainable basis
 To facilitate value addition for exportable products
 To reduce deficit in crop production through variety improvement
 To provide swift and good services needed by the people and address promptly the needs of the community
 To continuously strengthen and develop the livelihood projects for the barangay development
 To implement and to accomplish programs, projects and activities which may lead to administrative, social and
economic development as well as environmental management
