Greetings!

Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your generosity to the Boy Scouts of the
Philippines that led to the successful conduct of the 1&l AHMO Scouting Orientation and
Basic Training Course held last December 12-14, 2020 which was participated by 31
adult leaders from the division of Misamis Oriental

Pursuant to DepEd Order No 76 s 2012 re Revitalizing Boy Scouting in Schools

Nationwide and with the BSP’s accreditation by the PRC as Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) Provider under the Council for professional teachers with
accreditation No PTR-2019-340 valid until October 2022, the BSP-Misamis Oriental
Council will conduct the 2nd A Happy MisOr Online Scouting Orientation and Basic
Training Course for Newly Hired Teachers on 10-12 February 2021 subject to your
consideration and generous approval
The Scouting Orientation and Basic Training Course aims to capacitate and provide new
and prospective adult leaders basic training in Scouting, provide update on the new ideas
and trends, policies of the BSP, implement advocacies addressing community problems
and concerns during the pandemic and ensure the effective delivery of the Scouting
Program and the achievement of BSP Mission despite the pandemic.

As such, a training fee of Five Hundred Fifty Pesos; (P550.00) will be collected each
participant to cover cost of their registration to the BSP which will entitles them to a
coverage of one year of its financial assistance program, souvenir shirt and scout face
mask, certificate and other operational expenses.
