This letter is to ask for consideration that I may not be able to personally attend the OMECO seminar
as a requirement for my application for electricity line in my lot purchase situated in Sitio Urilan, Brgy.
Lumang Bayan, Abra De Ilog, Occidental Mindoro. I ask this consideration because of my upcoming
daughter’s operation which I have to prioritize giving that as a father I am the only family member
who can provide all the necessary moral and financial support.
