HOURS OF TENDERING NOTICE OF READINESS

Dear Sir,

I wish to draw your attention that I am protesting for the following facts
and reasons:

In order to protect the interests of my owner and charterer, I protest that Free
pratique was not granted within six hours of tendering NOR and hold you entirely
responsible for all costs, consequences, delays and damages that may result
thereon.

I also on behalf of my Owner, Charterers and or other cargo interest, reserve the
right to extend this protest at a time and place convenient.

I hereby give notice that you will be held liable to indemnify the owners and
charterers interest for any loss that any of these parties may suffer by reason of this
protest.
