 Approx 7.7 Year work experience in chemical industry.
 Currently working with Panoli intermediate (India) Pvt. Ltd, Nandesari, Vadodara (Gujarat)
as an Assistant Production Manager (SAP) Sulphuric Acid Plant since April-2023 to till
date.
 Having rich experience of handling of continuous plant.
 Faced various regulatory audits.
 Expertise in handling of manpower and materials.
 Working with Panoli Intermediate (India) Pvt. Ltd. Gujarat date as since 02nd
September 2019 to March-2023 as a Shift Incharge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Currently working in chemical plant.
 Manpower management people development materials management settle planning.
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report and conveying to management.
 Handling of hazardous, flammable, toxic and Corrosive chemicals and exothermic reactions.
 Separation and process improvement of the plant.
 Supervision development of safety procedures.
 Enforcement of safety standards.
 Handling operations as per production plans.
 (Raw Material and equipment) to achieve the targets.
 Handling the production related tasks including planning procurement and assembly.
 Work present system and its compliance.
 To deliver smooth operation and maintaining process parameters to ensure quality and
ensure production target.
 Coordination with inter and intra departments and reporting to HOD and Vice president.

PAST EXPERIENCE:
 Worked with Nath Chemical Industries, Vapi, Gujarat since July 2019 to August 2019 as a
shift Incharge (SAP).
 Worked in with Khaitan chemical fertilizer Ltd., Malwan unit , Fatehpur, (UP) as a Process
Engineer in (SAP) since June 2016 to July 2019.
EDUCATION
 B.Tech Chemical Engineering from FET RBS College Agra i.e affiliated to "UPTU” with
64% in 2013.
 Intermediate with 56% aggregate marks through U.P. Board, Uttar Pradesh, India in 2009.
 High School with 68% aggregate marks through U.P. Board, Uttar Pradesh, India in 2007.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING & PROJECTS:

 Worked on Project IV year Plant design for Sulphuric Acid plant which is conducted
by GBTU, Lucknow.
