HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG GOOGLE DRIVE

Mục đích:

Sử dụng ứng dụng Google Drive để trao đổi thông tin giữa TD HOUSE với công tác
viên (CTV).

Trên máy tính của CTV sẽ được tạo một thư mục. Những thông tin của TD HOUSE
sẽ được cập nhật vào thư mục này. CTV và TD HOUSE có thể xem, sửa đổi, xóa.

Cách thức cài đặt:

B1: CTV tạo một Google account mới với cấu trúc hoten.masoCTV@gmail.com (VD:
nguyenvantuan.ctv001vt@gmail.com). Khi tạo xong, xác nhận lại với TD HOUSE tên
email.

B2: Tạo folder trên máy tính để nhận thông tin từ TD HOUSE (VD: folder tên là TD
HOUSE)

B3: Đăng nhập vào Google drive với account vừa tạo
B4: Download Backup and Sync for Windows
Sau khi cài đặt xong, chạy ứng dụng “Backup and Sync for Windows” lên
Đăng nhập với Google account vừa tạo xong
Vậy là tạo xong thư mục làm việc. Để nhận được thông tin gửi từ TD HOUSE, CTV
tiến hành thêm bước tiếp theo.

B5: Trở lại giao diện Google Drive lúc đầu

CTV thoát khỏi Google drive, kiểm tra lại trong folder TD HOUSE khởi tạo lúc đầu sẽ
thấy hiển thị file TD HOUSE gửi.

Vậy là CTV đã thành công. Sau này những thông tin của TD HOUSE gửi sẽ được cập
nhật vào đây.

Lưu ý: Trong quá trình làm việc, nếu CTV thấy xuất hiện file với tên như dưới

Nghĩa là file Mẫu 1 đang được TD HOUSE hiệu chỉnh, CTV phải chờ cho đến khi file
được hiệu chỉnh xong mới được xem và sửa. Khi TD HOUSE hiệu chỉnh xong thì file
khoanh vuông bên trên tự mất đi.

I want to ask about the possibilities of creating a listing website as described

bellow, I need to be advised prior to decide if I can go with Listingpro. Please also
provide the cost for this.

1. The listing website has two major categories (but I may create more
latter): Long-time rent house and Short-time rent house.
For long-time rent house: there is a feature to “arrange a view”.
Landlords who list their products can set a specific time in a day to meet
 with guests. Guests select one of these and submit the form (to both web
admin and the landlord).
For short-time rent house: people can make online reservation (includes
check in/out date) and submit form to both admin and landlords (who list
their products on website).
2. Guests (people who visit the website) can register a particular location.
Listed products can automatically be sent to guest’s profile page as per
registered location. This page can be shared. When people book through
this shared link, admin knows whose the link. For example: K registers a
location, he receives products as per his registered location and share the
link to everyone. His friend “arranges a view” or “makes a reservation”
through his link. When submit form received, I know that’s from K’s link.
Submit forms from K’s link are also reported on his profile page and
refreshed every month.
3. Landlords who list their products can create a profile page. Guests’ submit
forms are displayed here. There are two options with these forms.
Landlord can confirm or change the “arrange a view” date (incase of
changing, Landlord contacts directly to guest by phone or email)
