Scope of works In Hotel:

 Assisting Boards of Management in overall day to day operations of the department when
on duty.

 Ensure and oversee that the each Department procedures/duties are completed on time
and are procedurally correct.

 Responsible for ensuring clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff
and hotel department.

 Training, implementation of guest experiences, follow and monitor the standard


operating procedures of entire each Department.

 Oversee the daily movement overall hotel operation and activities.

 Planning of improvement in operation, especially in the aspects of developing better


service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.

Scope of works In F&B:

Support F&B Operation Team of Citadines The PEARL HOI AN & The Aurai Cam Ranh Bay
resort

 Operational and P&L responsibility for F&B Operations.

 Responsible in achieving in Financial Budget set by management by maximizing revenue,


minimizing cost and increase productivity

 Prepare and monitor annual budget, revenue goals and the expenses for the F&B
operation as well as generates various business volume forecasts.

 Plan, develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to achieve budgeted
targets

 Proactive and resourceful in the analysis of market trends, changing needs and
expectation of customers in terms of food quality and services

 Monitor system and process to ensure that resources are used effectively; this includes
minimizing wastages

 Develop, recommend and advise the management on any areas of improvement in


processes and strategies

 Responsible for the manpower planning and staffing for the F&B Operations.

 Identifying the staff strength and weakness, grooming the staff for the next level.

 Effective business planning according to the SOP

 Successful in handling HR responsible within the department.


 Administering of inventory control procedures and end of the month inventory.

 Creation and updating of menus.

 Review and analyze various financial results to monitor overall F&B performance and
implement corrective action that may be required.
