CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT/MANAGEMENT

Classroom environment/ management it is the physical foundation or

place where the pupils will learn. This means that every square foot of it needs to
be used for activities that support the learning. Also, isn't simply about keeping
everyone in their seats ,quiet and listen. But it's about building a strong
relationships with the pupils, encouraging them to take part in their own learning,
and sharing a little of their selves.

The Grade 6 classroom is very comfortable for them to learn because the
environment is organize and they have their own aircon so that they will not feel
hot inside the classroom, their classroom is closed so it’s really important that
there is fan and aircon. This set up is easy for the teacher to interact with his/her
pupils and she can actually gave instructions properly. Also, she’s confident to
gave any activities to his/her pupils because the classroom still have other space
for the pupils to move their chairs and can communicate to their classmates. This
classroom management helps the pupils to simultaneously work at , and
understand the content and it helps to find appropriate and effective ways to
participate in the class. This kind of set up help to prevent behavior issue as well
as it promote and improve the learning of the pupils.

The picture above shows the behavior of the pupils during the quiz. As we
can see the pupils is focusing on their worksheets and solving the problems given
by their teacher. As I observed there are some pupils who keep on asking because
they’re still confused on how to solve the problem and they’re struggling about
big numbers.
 The picture shows how the pupils interact or act during the discussion.
The teacher here is discussing P.E subject and talks about the three fitness
components. Everyone is listening to the teacher’s discussion and participate or
response to the questions being asked. This is my 2 nd day of duty and as I
observed during the class some pupils are participative and they easily
understood the topic. Isn’t hard for the teacher to gave instructions because
pupils will listen. The teacher and the pupils had a strong relationships and also to
the parents were teacher is always updating to her pupils if they understand the
topic and the teacher has good communication to the parents because if his/her
pupils have some problems then the teacher will talked the parents.
