Subject: Donate a plant drive on the occasion of World Environment Day on

05.06.2024 -reg.

On the occasion of World Environment Day on 05.06.2024, it has

been decided to conduct a cleanliness drive as well as drive for donating a
plant. It is therefore requested that all the officers and officials of O/o CCA,
AP may donate a plant on 05.06.2024 which will be planted in the premises.
Also all are requested to take part in the cleanliness drive which will be
conducted from 4 PM on 05.06.2024.

Further, it is also requested that as responsible citizens all officials

adopt environmental friendly measures in their lifestyle and also spread
awareness to others in this regard.
