Pursuant to the request from the land owner the property at R.S.No.D-1/124, Near Rev J Joshua
Memorial CSI Church, Ottupurai street, Vadasery, Nagercoil village, Agastheeswaram Taluk,
Kanyakumari District which is owned by Mrs.Sudarkodi Revi was inspected on 07-12-2020 for the
purpose of assessing the fair value of the Property.
Based upon the actual observations and also the particulars provided to me, detailed Valuation
report has been prepared and furnished in the following Annexure A & B.
After giving careful consideration to the varies important factors of marketability, etc., I am of the
