JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, legal age, Filipino, married and presently residing at Alem, Pudtol, Apayao,
and, of legal age, Filipino, widow and presently residing at Alem, Pudtol, Apayao, both
after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. We personally know JOSEPH VEA of Alem, Pudtol, Apayao, being acquaintance

for a long period of time;

2. We declare, confirm and affirm that he was born at Alem,Pudtol, Apayao,

Philippines, on the 21st day of the April 1970;

3. He has been using the said birth date in all his documents and transactions;

4. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned

person; and

5. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this September 5,

2023 at Pudtol, Apayao, Philippines.

Pudtol,Apayao,Philippines, by affiants, who have satisfactorily proven to me their
identity through their identifying documents written below their name and signature,
that they are the same persons who personally signed before me the foregoing Joint
