Intro

MC 1: According to Princess Diana of Wales, “Family is the most important thing in the world.”
A quote that we can all agree with. People have many ways of defining the word family or what
it means to be part of a family. But one thing’s for sure, Family is where you feel the
unconditional love, support and belonging.

MC 2: Family means having someone who loves you unconditionally despite your flaws and
shortcomings. Their love is unwavering, as they are the people who accept you without judgment
or hatred.

MC 1: Ladies and Gentlemen, families and friends, a pleasant morning to one and all!

Both: Welcome to the Apolonio-Flora Nacion 1st Family Reunion!

MC 1: I am Alyzza Ashley Nacion Villaruz, one of the proud apos of Tatay Boging Nacion.

MC 2: I am Erica Nacion Tubilla, also one of the proud apos of Tatay Boging Nacion.

Both: And we are your hosts for today!

-istoryahanay gamay-

MC 2: Before we begin, let us start this gathering with a prayer to thank God for bringing us all
together. May we request Ms. Nacylene Anne Guanzon Ubas to lead us in prayer.

—After the prayer—

MC 1: Thank you so much, Nacylene. Everyone, please be seated. Family can be our home, not
as a physical place, but as a feeling of belonging, warmth, and unconditional acceptance. Family
is where we feel most ourselves, where we can find refuge from the outside world, and where
love is given freely and without judgment.

MC 2: At this juncture, let me welcome this beautiful person for her opening remarks. She is one
of the proud grandchildren of Tatay Boging Nacion. She is the daughter of Leah Nacion
Sealongo and Edwin Sealongo. Our cousin, Ms. Elyka Leanne Nacion Sealongo. Please give her
a warm round of applause!

MC 1: Thank you, Tatay Jerry for that warm and heartfelt welcome. Today is all about
celebrating our strong family ties, sharing stories, and making new memories together. Let’s
make this a day to remember!
