Offer is valid only for customers who apply directly on RAKBANK Digital Banking App and enter
SAMSUNG as Sales Agent code / Promotional code at the time of applying for the credit card listed
further
Customers who apply directly on RAKBANK Digital Banking App but drop off from the digital journey
and are subsequently assisted by RAKBANK Digital Experience Team (DXT), will also be eligible for this
promotion
Customers assisted by all other sales channels including branches and related channels will NOT
qualify for the offer
Offer is valid only for below select RAKBANK and RAKislamic credit cards

Existing RAKBANK credit card customers or customers who closed RAKBANK credit cards post 1st May
2023 are not eligible for this offer
Customers would be required to meet the minimum spends within 60 days of credit card issuance date
to be eligible for this offer
Customers will be issued samsung.com discount voucher upfront on their registered email address
and/or SMS on registered mobile number within 5-7 business days of successful credit card approval
and physical card activation
Customers who do not meet the minimum spends requirement within 60 days of credit card issuance
and redeemed the discount vouchers will be charged with an equivalent discount voucher amount on
their RAKBANK credit card. Customers will be liable to pay this amount in subsequent billing statement
Customers will be required to ensure correct and latest contact details are updated and successfully
opted in for marketing offers with RAKBANK to ensure successful enrollment into the offer and delivery
of discount vouchers
Self-employed customers and RAKBANK employees are not eligible for this promotion
Spends made on supplementary cards will be included towards determining the total qualifying spends
on primary cards. Only 1 credit card per customer will be eligible in this offer.

Following spends will NOT be considered for calculation of minimum spends requirement (Non
qualifying spends):
1. RAKBANK Digital Banking transactions done via Mobile/Internet Banking, RAKMoney Transfer/Funds
Transfer
2. Cash advances, withdrawals, balance transfers, credit card cheques, smart cash, quasi cash, crypto,
forex, wallet top ups and cash equivalent transactions
3. Fees, charges, repayments and installment related transactions
4. Reversal transactions, refunds, and disputed transactions
All other retail transactions on the credit card including domestic (within UAE) and international
transactions, online and at point of sale will qualify for minimum spend calculation
RAKBANK reserves the right to determine the final eligibility of spends and will notify the customer on
registered email/SMS from time to time during the 60 days period from credit card issuance
Customers will be required to ensure their credit cards are repaid timely and in good standing
throughout the Promotion Period. Delinquent, Blocked, and closed Cards within 6 months of the
promotion will also be charged with an redeemed voucher equivalent amount on their RAKBANK credit
card
Customers part of this offer who request for card cancellation within 6 months of card issuance, will be
liable to pay redeemed voucher equivalent amount and RAKBANK reserves the right to debit the credit
card for the said amount and customers are liable to pay before cancellation requests are processed
Customer is eligible for only one promotional reward during the Promotion Period and this cannot be
clubbed with any other offer
RAKBANK reserves the right to withdraw and end this promotion before the defined Promotion Period
without any prior notice
Any enquiry or disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 30 calendar
days after the promotion period
RAKBANK is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured nor accepts any responsibility
for refusal of acceptance of the card for any reason whatsoever
RAKBANK reserves the right to disqualify the customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent
activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said offer or
otherwise by use of the credit card
RAKBANK’s decision on all matters relating to this offer and in case of any dispute shall be final and
binding on all customers

Discount Voucher Usage and redemption T&Cs

The discount vouchers can only be redeemed on www.samsung.com/ae and can be redeemed against
single or multiple products of Samsung
Vouchers cannot be used at physical stores and/or any other retailers other than Samsung.com/ae
Customer must spend an additional AED 50 while redeeming samsung.com discount voucher. For
example, to redeem AED 1200 voucher, customer must spend a minimum of AED 1,250 on
Samsung.com/ae and apply the discount voucher on the purchase for a discount of AED 1200.
Samsung discount vouchers will be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance by RAKBANK
Validity of discount vouchers cannot be extended. Customers are liable to make use of the discount
voucher on samsung.com/ae within the validity period.
The value of these discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any physical Samsung
brand store, authorized retailers or discount programs (e.g., Easy payment plans (EPP) / installment
plans)
Once redeemed, discount vouchers cannot be reused
Discount vouchers cannot be clubbed with any existing voucher based promotion being run by
Samsung
A discount voucher can only be used once on a single order

‫العمالء الذين يتقدمون مباشرة عىل تطبيق الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية من راك بنك‪ ،‬ولكنهم ينقطعون عن الرحلة‬
‫الرقمية ويتم مساعدتهم الحقًا من ِقبل فريق الخبرة الرقمية في راك بنك (‪ ،)DXT‬سيكونون مؤهلين أيضًا لهذا العرض‬
‫الترويجي‪.‬‬
‫العمالء الذين يحصلون عىل مساعدة عبر جميع قنوات البيع األخرى بما في ذلك الفروع والقنوات ذات الصلة لن يكونوا‬
‫مؤهلين لالستفادة من عىل العرض‪.‬‬

‫سيتم إصدار قسيمة ‪ samsung.com‬للعمالء بشكل مسبق وإرسالها عىل عنوان البريد اإللكتروني الخاص بالعميل‬
‫الُم سجل لدى البنك و‪/‬أو الرسائل النصية القصيرة عىل رقم الهاتف المتحرك الُم سجل خالل ‪ 7-5‬أيام عمل من تاريخ‬
‫الموافقة عىل البطاقة وتفعيلها بنجاح‪.‬‬
‫سيتم تحميل مبلغ مكافأة القسيمة عىل بطاقة راك بنك االئتمانية الخاصة بالعميل الذي ال يستوفي متطلبات الحد‬
‫األدنى لإلنفاق خالل ‪ 60‬يومًا من تاريخ إصدار البطاقة وقاموا باستخدام قسيمة الخصم‪ .‬سيتعين عىل العمالء سداد‬
‫هذا المبلغ في كشف حساب الفواتير التالي‪.‬‬
‫يجب عىل العمالء التأكد من تحديث التفاصيل االتصال الصحيحة والحديثة واالشتراك بنجاح في العروض التسويقية‬
‫مع راك بنك لضمان التسجيل بنجاح في العرض وتوصيل القسائم‪.‬‬
‫العمالء الذين يعملون لحسابهم الخاص‪ /‬موظفو راك بنك غير مؤهلون لالستفادة من هذا العرض‪.‬‬

‫يتم تضمين اإلنفاق الذي تم القيام به عىل البطاقات اإلضافية في تحديد إجمالي اإلنفاق المؤهل عىل‬
‫البطاقات األساسية‪ .‬ستكون بطاقة واحدة فقط لكل عميل مؤهلة لهذا العرض‪.‬‬
‫لن يتم احتساب اإلنفاق التالي لتحديد الحد األدنى لإلنفاق المطلوب (اإلنفاق غير المؤهل)‪:‬‬
‫‪ .1‬العمليات المصرفية الرقمية من راك بنك عبر الهاتف المتحرك‪ /‬عبر اإلنترنت‪ ،‬وخدمة تحويل‬
‫األموال من راك بنك‪.‬‬
‫‪ .2‬السلفة النقدية‪ ،‬السحوبات النقدية‪ ،‬تحويل الرصيد‪ ،‬شيكات بطاقات االئتمان‪ ،‬سمارت كاش‪،‬‬
‫كواسي كاش والمعامالت النقدية المعادلة‪.‬‬
‫‪.3‬الرسوم والتكاليف والمعامالت ذات الصلة بالسداد واألقساط‪.‬‬
‫‪.4‬المعامالت المرجعة‪ ،‬والمبالغ المستردة‪ ،‬والمعامالت المتنازع عليها‪.‬‬
‫جميع معامالت التجزئة األخرى التي تتم عىل بطاقة االئتمان‪ ،‬بما في ذلك المعامالت المحلية (داخل‬
‫دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة) والدولية‪ ،‬وعبر اإلنترنت وفي نقاط البيع ستكون مؤهلة لحساب الحد‬
‫األدنى لإلنفاق‪.‬‬
‫يحتفظ بنك رأس الخيمة الوطني بالحق في تحديد األهلية النهائية لإلنفاق وسيقوم بإخطار العميل‬
‫عبر البريد اإللكتروني‪ /‬الرسائل النصية القصيرة عىل البريد اإللكتروني ورقم الهاتف المتحرك‬
‫المسجل من وقت آلخر خالل فترة ‪ 60‬يومًا من إصدار بطاقة االئتمان‪.‬‬
‫سيتعين عىل العمالء التأكد من سداد مستحقات بطاقاتهم في الوقت المناسب وأن تكون البطاقات‬
‫في وضع جيد من ناحية السداد طوال فترة العرض الترويجي‪ .‬سيتم تحميل البطاقات المتأخرة في‬
‫السداد‪ ،‬والمحظورة‪ ،‬والمغلقة خالل ‪ 6‬أشهر من العرض الترويجي أيضًا بما يعادل مبلغ القسيمة‬
‫المستردة عىل بطاقة راك بنك االئتمانية الخاصة بهم‪.‬‬
‫سيكون العمالء المشاركون في هذا العرض والذين يطلبون إلغاء البطاقة خالل ‪ 6‬أشهر من إصدار‬
‫البطاقة‪ ،‬مسؤولين عن دفع المبلغ المعادل للقسيمة المستردة‪ ،‬ويحتفظ راك بنك بالحق في خصم‬
‫المبلغ المذكور من بطاقة االئتمان ويكون العمالء مسؤولين عن الدفع قبل معالجة طلبات اإللغاء‪.‬‬
‫يتأهل كل عميل لمكافأة ترويجية واحدة فقط خالل فترة الترويج وال يمكن دمجها مع أي عرض آخر‪.‬‬
‫يحتفظ راك بنك بالحق في تعديل العرض وسحبه وفقًا لتقديره الخاص مع تقديم إشعار وفقًا للوائح‬
‫المعمول بها‪.‬‬

‫يجب رفع أي استفسار أو نزاع فيما يتعلق بمكافآت العرض الترويجي خالل ‪ 30‬يوم من تاريخ انتهاء‬
‫فترة العرض‪.‬‬
‫ال يتحمل راك بنك أي مسؤولية عن أي معاملة ال يتم التقاطها وال يقبل أي مسؤولية عن رفض قبول‬
‫البطاقة ألي سبب كان‪.‬‬
‫يحتفظ راك بنك بالحق في استبعاد العميل من مزايا العرض الترويجي في حالة تم تحديد أي نشاط‬
‫احتيالي بهدف االستفادة من المزايا بموجب هذا العرض أو عبر استخدام البطاقة‪.‬‬
‫سيكون قرار راك بنك بشأن جميع المسائل المتعلقة بهذا العرض وفي حالة وجود أي نزاع نهائيًا‬
‫وملزمًا لجميع العمالء‪.‬‬

‫شروط وأحكام استخدام قسيمة الخصم واستردادها‪:‬‬

‫يمكن استخدام قسائم الخصم فقط عىل موقع ‪ www.samsung.com/ae‬ويمكن استبدالها بمنتج‬
‫واحد أو عدة منتجات من سامسونج‪.‬‬
‫ال يمكن استخدام القسائم في المتاجر الفعلية و‪/‬أو أي من بائعي تجزئة اآلخرين بخالف‬
‫‪.Samsung.com/ae‬‬
‫يجب عىل العميل إنفاق مبلغ إضافي قدره ‪ 50‬درهم إماراتي أثناء استخدام قسيمة خصم‬
‫‪ .samsung.com‬عىل سبيل المثال‪ ،‬الستخدام قسيمة بقيمة ‪ 1,200‬درهم إماراتي‪ ،‬يجب عىل‬
‫العميل إنفاق ما ال يقل عن ‪ 1,250‬درهم إماراتي عىل موقع ‪ Samsung.com/ae‬وتطبيق قسيمة‬
‫الخصم عىل المشتريات للحصول عىل خصم قدره ‪ 1,200‬درهم إماراتي‪.‬‬
‫ستكون قسائم خصم سامسونج صالحة لمدة ‪ 60‬يومًا من تاريخ إصدارها من ِقبل راك بنك‪.‬‬
‫ال يمكن تمديد صالحية قسائم الخصم‪ .‬يتحمل العمالء مسؤولية االستفادة من قسيمة الخصم عىل‬
‫‪ samsung.com/ae‬خالل فترة الصالحية‪.‬‬

‫ال يمكن استبدال قيمة قسائم الخصم هذه نقد أو استخدامها في أي متجر فعلي تابع لعالمة‬
‫سامسونج التجارية أو تابع بائعي التجزئة المعتمدين أو برامج الخصم (مثل خطط السداد الميسر‪/‬‬
‫خطط التقسيط)‪.‬‬
‫بمجرد استرداد قيمة قسائم الخصم‪ ،‬فلن يمكن إعادة استخدامها‪.‬‬
‫ال يمكن دمج قسائم الخصم مع أي عرض ترويجي قائم عىل القسيمة تديره شركة ‪.Samsung‬‬
‫يمكن استخدام قسيمة الخصم مرة واحدة فقط عىل طلب واحد‪.‬‬
