PARICHAY: FAMILY REFINERY EXPERIENCE’ PROGRAMME – 29 JUNE 2024

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for our employees and their families to gain
insights into our operations through our ‘PARICHAY: Family Refinery Experience’. We understand
the importance of family in our employees' lives, and we believe this initiative will not only foster
a deeper understanding of our work but also strengthen familial bonds by sharing this experience
together.
‘PARICHAY: Family Refinery Experience’ is a customised programme for BPCL employees and
family members [spouse, children above 8 years, parents (should be physically healthy and
independent)] only. The visit will be organised for a team of max 40 members only per
programme not exceeding 4 members per family including staff. Employees can avail this refinery
visit for family members only once in a year. The programme includes plant visit and refinery
specific presentations. ‘PARICHAY: Family Refinery Experience’- will be organised once a month,
as scheduled below:

Bookings: As the seats are limited, reservations will be on ‘first come first’ serve basis only. The
‘PARICHAY: Family Refinery Experience’ Programme – enrolment form is attached (also available
in Ben-Admin section, Third Floor, South Block) and has to be dropped in the ‘Drop Box’ kept in
Ben Admin Section, Third Floor, South Block, latest by 4:00 pm on 21 st June 2024. Shortlisted
families will be informed through Refinery Broadcast by 24th June, 2024. In case of programme
cancellation or rescheduling, the Information will be shared through Refinery Broadcast / V-
Support. Likewise, cancellation by participants if any have to be informed by 26 th June 2024 to
extend opportunity to others.

को ड्यूटी पर नहीं र् न ज एग ।
2. कर्मच ररयों को अपने पररव र को ररफ इनरी तक ल ने के तलए स्वयं व्यवस्ि करनी होगी। कंपनी व र पररवहन सुववध उपलब्ध
नहीं कर ई ज एगी।
3. ररफ इनरी के अंिर पल ंट पररसर एवं तनर्ेतधत क्षेत्रों र्ें र्ोब इल और स्र् टम गैजट
े ले ज ने की अनुर्तत नहीं है । इन्हें र्ुख्य व र पर
सुरक्ष कर्मच ररयों के प स जर् करन होग ।
4. र्ेन गेट पर सुरक्ष क यमव ही पूरी होने के ब ि कर्मच री और उनके पररव र के सिस्य “ आयुर् की ि वत”, स उि ब्ल़ॉक, एडतर्न
वबजल्डं ग र्ें ज सकते हैं।
5. स्व स््य संबध
ं ी तकलीफ व ले पररव र के सिस्यों को इस िौरे पर ज ने से परहे ज करने की सल ह िी ज सकती है।
6. यदि दकसी कर्मच री व र 26 जून, 2024 के ब ि बुदकंग रद्द कर िी ज ती है य वे िौरे के दिन उपजस्ित नहीं होते हैं , तो वे वर्म के
िौर न क यमक्रर् के तलए न र् ंकन नहीं कर सकते।

ं र्ें आध र क डम, पैन क डम ल एूँ और 18 वर्म से
कर् आयु के बच्चों के र् र्ले र्ें जन्र् प्रर् ण पत्र की प्रतत लेकर आयें ।
Instructions to Employees:
1. It is advisable that employee accompany family members. However, staff present for Refinery Visit
programme shall not be considered on duty.
2. Employees will have to make their own arrangement for bringing their families to the refinery. Transport
facility will not be provided by the company.
3. Mobiles and smart gadgets are not permitted inside the Refinery. They should be kept at Main gate with
security staff.
4. Employees and their family members can proceed to “Aayush ki Daawat”, Admin Bldg, South Block after
completion of security proceedings.
5. Family members with health concerns maybe advised to refrain from taking the visit.
6. If the booking is cancelled by the employee after 26th June, 2024 or not turned up on the day of visit, they
cannot enroll for the programme during the year.
7. Please bring Aadhar card, PAN card as identification proof for each family member and copy of birth
certificate in case of children below 18 yrs of age attending the PARICHAY programme.
