The reporting time on the first

day of DiPSMUN is 8 AM.

The reporting time for the

subsequent two days is 8:30
AM.

Delegates must carry proof of

registration.

Delegates are advised to carry

water bottles, umbrellas and
medication if any.

Lunch and snacks will be
provided at the event.

Dress code for the event is

modest formals with an
exception for the Indian
committee (AIPPM) delegates
who are permitted to wear
formal Indian attire. (formal
skirts should be below knee
level)

Anyone found in possession of

any kinds of illegal and harmful
substances will be immediately
disqualified and will face serious
consequences.

Harassment and bullying,
whether online or offline, will
lead to disqualification and
severe consequences.

Delegates will be guided to

their respective venues after
the opening ceremony.

Delegates need to attend a

minimum of 4 committee
sessions to be eligible for the
award list and participation
certificates.

Use of internet is prohibited
during committee.

Regular feedback sessions will

be conducted to ensure
smooth functioning and to
attend to delegate queries if
any.

Delegates can approach their

EB or the OC in case of any
assistance or discomfort.

Cordial and orderly conduct is

expected from all delegates to
ensure an enjoyable
experience for all.
