Fetal Weight 474 gms (Approx) ± 10%

No gross fetal anomaly seen.

No neural tube defect, No musculoskeletal anomaly, No duodenal atresia,
No anterior abdominal wall defect.
Note : 5-7% fetal anomalies cannot be detected on ultrasound. For fine details of facial anomalies especially for cleft lip
and palate 3-D / 4D ultrasound is advised.
The cervix measures 41 mm (Normal 30-70 mm). At present no kink or funneling of the internal OS --- Competent
Internal OS. Please correlate with clinical findings.
