Subject: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for App and Web Development Services

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) ("Agreement") is entered into by and between

Weppdev Solutions ("Service Provider") and Dr Deepesh Yadav ("Client") collectively referred to as
the "Parties."

Objective:

The Parties intend to collaborate on the development of mobile and web applications (the "Project")
as described in the project proposal submitted by WeppDev Solutions to the Client.

Terms and Conditions:

Scope of Work:

WeppDev Solutions agrees to provide app and web development services as outlined in the project
proposal.

The Client agrees to provide necessary resources and information for the successful execution of the
project.

Timeline:

The Parties will work together to establish a mutually agreed-upon project timeline.

Any changes to the timeline will be communicated and agreed upon by both Parties.

Payment:

The payment terms and amounts are detailed in the project proposal.
Payments will be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property developed during the course of the project will be owned by the Client upon
full payment.

Confidentiality:

Both Parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material
term.
