BAND SYSTEM DEFINITION: (change it)
Is a system, which is used to award students, based on their performance and
active level of participation. Those who are awarded have the opportunity to gain
recognition, appraisal, and discounts on their school fees. Ad well as proper
student educational guideline with support.
Here is how it work:
Teachers starting from the beginning of the academic year, will have to pay close
contribution to students. Their job will be to investigate the activeness level of all
students. Teachers will need to decide which students puts the most effort in their
homework and classwork. Which student is driven to work hard, and actively
participate on certain school events. Teacher must take all of these considerations
prior before awarding a star.
 In each class, the most improved an active student is awarded one star per
week. The teacher can choose more than one student.
 There will also be bonus active stars given to those who participated in
school events.
 Throughout one semester, all stars will be gathered and calculated.
 The student with the most stars gathered receives a platinum medal, on top
with a discount from the school. Maximum of 30% of students can receive
it.
 The student who ranked second, receives a golden medal. Only one student
per class is able to win it.
 Silver medals are awarded to those students who tried their best, but could
not achieve the maximum expectation.
AIM:
 Provide children with the opportunity to strive for high goals and
participate in activities, which will improve their performance, and
broaden their mind.
 The constant communication allows students to form healthy relationships
with one another.
 Teachers will be able to help and guide students properly. Providing them
with appropriate tips for improvement.
 When the teachers engage more with the students. The teacher is able to
understand the strengths and weakness of his or her students, this
provides teachers with a solution to improve their students learning skills.
 When students work together to tackle challenging tasks, they learn effective
communication, collaboration, and how to function as a cohesive team.
