Script Diyana.

Diyana On 20 July 2018, 15 students and 5 lecturer from the

Melbourne University Culinary Program will arrive at the
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 10pm. After
that, they will be taken to the Rose Hostel Jaya University
and stay 2 night there.
Diyana On 21 July 2018, all the students and lecturer will gather
in the seminar room for a briefing of the two days
program. This briefing conducted by Miss Nur Thaqqifah
Bt Md Sani.

Diyana It would be appropriate if u be there around 8.15am

Diyana Miss Nur Thaqqifah will brief about history of Malaysian
cuisine such as indian food, chinese food and malay food
Sufia Sufia ask......
Diyana I choose 3 type of food because :
- Indian food is also influenced by many other countries.
This food is rich with curries and spices including ginger,
hot pepper and other.
- Chinese food also important part because majority all
the food origin from China and they all modify made to
cater and local taste.
- Malay food is a cooking traditional of ethnic malay and
they use spices, coconut milk, belacan and dishes rich,
creamy character.
Diyana After complete briefing we will continue with simple talk
by Professor Umar and the talk about “ Past and present
practice of Malaysian Food Heritage”
Diyana After that, all the student and lecturer going for lunch and
rest.
Diyana Programe will be continue with cooking demonstration
by Cheff Jeffry. We plan to demostrate how to make
Kuih Buah Melaka and fried Popia.
Sufia Sufia ask...
Diyana The demostration will take place about 1 hour
Diyana After that the student will practice the recipe and then
they will enjoy them during the hi tea
Diyana For night session, we will visit Merdeka Square, KLCC
and Jalan TAR.
I choose the 3 places because KLCC is icon sights in the
 world and the tower feature postmoderm architecture and
style also islamic.
Merdeka Square : Square located in Kuala Lumpur in
front of the Sultan Abdul Samad building and promote
about venue for the annual Merdeka Parade.
Jalan TAR : because on Saturday night at Jalan TAR,
popular night market.
Diyana The 2nd day of the program on 22 July 2018 the program
is they will involve with Malaysian Food Festival at Jaya
Jubli Hall Jaya University.
In the Food Festival, they will visit various booths for
example cooking booth, western food booth, styling
decoration workshop, phote food, traditional snacks and
others.
Fuzen Fuzen ask...
Diyana OO...the transport will be arrange by transport community
that will be explain by miss Sufia
Diyana The event until 3pm and they need to prepared for dinner
thhat night. Theme of dinner is Malaysian Cultural Outfit.
Thaqif Thaqif ask...
Diyana Dont worry, all the cloths they can borrow from students
because student come from various races and also they
can borrow clothes from faculty of designer but, the
committee already make arrangement with our students.
Event finish around 11pm.
