6 Performance Test
1. Conditions
Test Oil (Fuel): ISO 4113
Oil Temp. : 40º - 45º (Celsius)
104º - 113º (Fahrenheit)
Lub. Oil: 10W30
Controller Supply Power:
27.8 V– 28.2V
2. Checking for Priming Pump See file for “BENCH setting” before Performance Test
1) Drain the fuel from suction tube (1)
between fuel tank and feed pump.
2) Loose the piping (2) from pump to filter.
Set a pan to catch the fuel from pump.
3) Push the priming pump per one-second. 2
And Check the fuel suctioning if the 1
number of times is within 55 times.
<Pump at 0 (Zero) rpm>

4. Checking for Supply Pump
1) Confirm the piping and wire harness
connections if there is abnormal.
2) Power on. Check the voltage is 28V.
3) Turn all pressure regulator valves to
counterclockwise (Anticlockwise) until stroke
end.
4) Pump at 200rpm. Check the connections for
leaking. And check at 400 – 800 – 1100rpm.
5) Increase the pump revolution to 1100rpm.
(Note: Do not increase directly when pump is
not warming enough yet.)
6) First, Turn the valve marked “1” to
countermeasure to increase the common rail
pressure. (0 – 40MPa).
Note: Nozzle register is 20Mpa. It will be 0-60Mpa.
7) Turn the valves marked “2”, “3” and “4” to Check items
increased step by step. Display on controller (CODE)
“2” Valve: 40 – 80MPa (60-100MPa) At power on: 88ECAA101100
“3” Valve: 80 – 120Mpa (100-120MPa) When pump stop: 00
