Overview:
The Oppositor has filed a comment/opposition to the Project for
Partition. In response, we filed a Reply dated May 7, 2024. The
Reply comprehensively addressed the Oppositor's failure to comply
and provided rebuttals to the issues raised in their comments.

Court Proceedings:
In today's hearing, the Court granted the Oppositor 10 days to file a
rejoinder. Following this period, the matter will be submitted for
resolution.

Administrative Update:
A copy of the withdrawal of Sanidad Law Office will be forwarded to
Atty. Kliff to ensure that all correspondence related to this case will
be directed solely to the undersigned counsels.

Next Steps:
Await the Oppositor's rejoinder within the given timeframe.
Thereafter, prepare for the resolution phase of the case.
Conclusion:
