Re: Request for Annotation of Notice of Lis Pendens

Please be informed that on 15 November 2022, plaintiff, ANTONIO

MARCELINO V. CANTOS, through undersigned counsel, filed an action now
pending before the Regional Trial Court of Sta. Cruz Laguna Branch 91 against
defendants RAMON MA VALENZUELA CANTOS. Said action, docketed as
CIVIL CASE NO.: SC-6339, is primarily a judicial partition dispute which
seeks to, among others, enjoin any and all acts of Ramon Ma Valenzuela
Cantos, one of the heirs of the deceased registered owner, VALENTINA
VALENZUELA CANTOS, that would affect all property of the said registered
owner, including those parcels of land situated in Barangay Santisima Cruz,
Sta. Cruz Laguna consisting of one hundred six thousand four hundred
seventy nine (106,479) square meters, which was subdivided to seven
hundred ninety four (794) lots covered by and more particularly described
under seven hundred ninety four (794) Transfer Certificate of Title Nos.
from TCT Nos. T-173923 to T-173999 and TCT Nos. T-174000 to T-
174716 all issued by the Register of Deeds for Sta. Cruz Laguna under the
name of Valentina Valenzuela Cantos.

Attached hereto, for your reference and files, is a certified true copy of the
Complaint filed by Mr. Antonio Marcelino V. Cantos.

In this connection, we are therefore hereby requesting that this Honorable

Office record this notice of the pendency of the above-mentioned action on the
subject titles, for all legal purposes.
