ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Mozal is launching the 2024 Graduate Development Program. The program aims to train and develop
Mozambican national graduates within the disciplines as shown below. The program offers unique
opportunities for personal growth and career development for high achievers.

Of strong consideration will be your academic performance record and results achieved. Successful
graduates will be offered an employment contract with Mozal, which will cover a 2-year training and
development period. The development programme will include practical on the job exposure and
experience in a specific department.

Graduate development opportunities are available across the Production and Finance Departments.

Qualifications for this program are:

•Applicants should have recently completed their bachelor’s degree studies in the relevant fields from a
recognised tertiary institution within the past 24 months;
•Proficiency in English is an advantage and minimum of 13 marks of academic performance record is a
requirement;
•A Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Accounts , Commerce,
Economy is required.
