VENUE & ROOM STATUS
The venue and room type depends on avalability in the period and changeable at any time. The
venue and rooms will be blocked after we received your signed on confirmation letter and
deposit of payment.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We require you to provide the deposit as indicated on the agreement letter. In addition to any
other legal ights and remedies available to us under applicable laws, we may cancel your
reservation and the agreement without liability if advance payments or deposits are not paid on
a timely basis.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
In case of cancellation, the hotel must receive a writing notice at immediately. If this written
notice is not received within the time limit stated and, in the event, that there is no show from
the Banquet, the deposit will be forfeited automatically.

NON-LIABILITY OF HOTELS
The Hotel will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly
or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statues of the
Indonesian Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the
Hotel.
• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse, stop or cancel any function which may damage
the Hotel’s reputation or may affect its business and security.
• The organizer/company acknowledges that they shall be responsible for all property,
goods, articles, or things (whether belonging to the organizer/company, his servants or
agents or any contractor or the invited guests) placed, deposited, brought into, or left in
the function room, and that the Hotel shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping or
custody thereof.
• The hotel will not be responsible for damage or loss of property brought into the hotel. Any
property/ materials brought onto and stored on the Hotel premises will be the responsibility
of the organizer/company and the hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to these
property/ materials howsoever caused. The hotel shall have the right to refuse permission
to use its safe without any liability or reason whatsoever.
DAMAGES
Any damages caused on hotel property (furniture, plants, etc.) will be charged to the company
to an amount equivalent to the cost of their repair or replacement.
The hotel does not allow the display of posters, signs or stickers on the hotel walls, floors, ceilings,
or pillars nor flipcharts nor any handwritten posters in the lobby unless specifically authorised.
NON SMOKING POLICY
Based on the Surabaya Governor Regulation No. 71-2/2019, kindly note that smoking is
prohibited anywhere within any of the hotel outlets or function rooms, and public area.
FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government
regulations, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar cause or threat thereof beyond
the abilities of the parties, making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to perform to the terms the
of contract, hold the meeting, or provide the facility. This Agreement may be terminated or
revised for any of the above reasons without liability by written notice from one party to the
other.

Mr.Yahya, we would appreciate your signed confirmation on 19 June 2024.

In the meantime, should there be another client wishing to confirm the room and/or a function
room on the same day or venue, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel this tentative booking
unless a confirmation has been received from your organization with required deposit or further
aggreed with hotel team.
