Introduction
The DOSAKA - TASTE OF SOUTH is a south Indian casual dining chain of restaurants which is combining
creativity and authenticity of very popular south Indian cuisines. We started our journey in February 2019 with
an aim to serve authentic south Indian delicacies with a blend of fusion dishes, contemporary ambiance,
sustainability focus process and usual accomplishments sum up to make the place where anyone and everyone
can hang out. DOSAKA - Taste of South is Rajasthan’s Biggest .

South Indian casual dining chain of restaurants combining creativity and authenticity of very
popular South Indian cuisine. Dosaka’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the kitchen,
permeating every aspect of the dining experience. From the warm hospitality of its staff to the
elegant ambiance of its dining spaces, Dosaka strives to create a memorable and immersive dining
journey for every guest. As Dosaka continues to evolve and grow, its vision remains steadfast: to be
a beacon of culinary excellence, a champion of Southern hospitality, and a catalyst for positive
change within the community

I was working as a Co-Manager in the company.
Some of the responsibilities i was given as staff managing, quality control and monitoring daily
sales and manage expenses to ensure profitability.

This project is a synergistic product of many minds. Therein, I take this opportunity to
express my profound appreciation to everyone who has directly or indirectly helped me in
the successful completion of this project.
Dosaka-Taste of South
Founding Story: Dosaka Taste of South traces its roots back to a small-town diner established by Yugansh
Sharma in 2019. Inspired by his grandmother's cherished recipes and a passion for Southern cuisine, Yugansh
Sharma embarked on a culinary journey to share the flavors of the South with the world. What began as a
humble eatery soon gained a loyal following for its mouthwatering dishes and warm hospitality.

Expansion and Growth: Over the years, Dosaka Taste of South experienced remarkable growth, expanding its
presence beyond its original location to open multiple restaurants across the southern region of the United States.
Through strategic expansion and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity,
the restaurant chain solidified its reputation as a beacon of Southern hospitality and culinary excellence.

Innovation and Adaptation: Despite its growth and success, Dosaka Taste of South remains rooted in its core
values of tradition, innovation, and community. The restaurant continually innovates its menu offerings,
blending time-honored recipes with contemporary twists to appeal to a diverse array of tastes and preferences.
Additionally, Dosaka Taste of South remains agile in adapting to evolving consumer trends and market
dynamics, ensuring its continued relevance and competitiveness in the ever-changing culinary landscape.

operations, customer service, financial management, and compliance.

During the internship tenure, interns are exposed to real-world challenges, opportunities,
