User-Centric Design: Apple prioritizes the user experience in the design of its products,
making them intuitive, visually appealing, and simple to use. To make sure that their ideas
connect with customers and improve their everyday lives, they place a high priority on user-
centered design concepts (Green, 2023).
Integrated Ecosystem: Innovation from Apple goes beyond specific items. Their primary
goal is to create a unified system of interoperable hardware, software, and services (Hai,
2023). This integration promotes consumer loyalty and engagement by improving user ease
and enabling a seamless experience across devices (Hai, 2023).
Iterative Improvements: Apple is always refining and enhancing its current lineup of goods.
They pay attention to user input and incorporate it into their offers to improve usability,
performance, and features (Lusted, 2012). They are able to remain ahead of the competition
and keep their consumer base loyal because to this iterative strategy.
Market Disruption: Apple has a track record of breaking into markets with innovative
goods that upend established norms. When the iPhone was introduced, for instance, it
completely changed the mobile phone market since it was a single device with a touchscreen
interface, internet access, and multimedia features (Lu, Kweh, Ting & Ren, 2023). In a
similar vein, the introduction of the Apple Watch redefined how consumers engage with
wearable technology and opened up a new market for smartwatches.
Focus on Services: Apple has shifted its emphasis to services in recent years, including
iCloud storage, Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade memberships. They may create
a recurrent revenue stream and give clients more value thanks to this diversity (Lusted, 2012).
