property declare that the details given above are correct and I/we want to become the member of ACE CITY
APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION (AOA). I/We agree to abide by the rules and regulation (bye-laws)
and other decisions taken by the General Body of the ACAOA and/or its’ Board of the Management from time to
time. I/We will abide by the provisions of the U.P. Apartment Act 2010 or the law which shall be in force from
time to time in respect of Ace City Apartment Owners Association.
2 I/We undertake to pay the membership fees as per rules and also timely pay the charges of common areas and
facilities as may be decided by the General Body of the ACAOA and/or its Management Board from time to time.
3 I/ We also attach the duly filled FORM-B (Ref. Section 10 of UPA Act and Rule 6 of UPA) along with first four
pages of Registry/Sale Deed.

I/ We remit herewith the Entrance Fee (one time of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as per bye-laws under U.P.
