Process before training and After training:

1. Before coming to training resource should submit below documents in MHRMS Portal
without fail.

 Aadhar Card
 Pan card
 Recent Photo
 Updated resume
 10th /12th /All graduation Semester and Provisional Certificate
 LOU signed Copy
 COL signed Copy.

2. Mandatory points- In 10th Mark sheet how the resource Name/Father Name/ Resource DOB
as it is should be there in Aadhar and Pan card. If not resource should get corrections before
coming for training for BGV purpose. If any Corrections is there, Maintec won’t allow the
resource for training.
3. 30 Days of Virtual training will be provided for free of Cost.
4. VNA and Technical Training-Timings: 10AM to 6PM(Mon-Fri).
5. Resource must have Laptop with cam/Noise cancellation headphones and Proper internet.
6. After training will have below rounds, if they clear these round then only resource will on
board in client place.

 Versant Test- Cut of 57 out of 80. If resource need to go for next chance he/she
should be attend 2 more weeks of training
 1st chance- Free of Cost
 2nd chance- 500Rs/-
 3rd chance- 600 Rs/-
 4th chance- 700 Rs/-
 5th chance- 800 Rs/-
 VNA Call from Client end. (Only 2 Chance). If resource need to go for next chance
he/she should be attend 2 more weeks of training.
 Technical Call from Client end (Multiple chances)
7. If any case GBV comes Red mark, Maintec will drop the resource.
8. In case resource not attending training regularly and taking leaves without any approvals,
Maintec will have all the authorities to drop the resource.
9. Any un behavioural and find any proxy on above rounds, Maintec will remove the resource
from training without any prior intimation.
10. Resource should work in Maintec payroll min 6 Months and after conversion with Client
payroll mandatory should work min 6 Months. It will be mutual benefits.
