Re: Revision on the Notice Period

We refer to your Letter of Offer dated 13 July 2022.

We write to inform you that with effect from 1 February 2023, notice period under the Clause
“Confirmation and Notice of Termination of Employment”, shall be revised as follows:

“Once your service is confirmed, either party shall be required to give TWO (2) months’ notice
in writing or salary in lieu of notice in the event of termination of employment.”

Other terms and conditions of your employment shall remain unchanged as per your letter of
appointment dated 13 July 2022.
