At present I accept PayPal and occasionally Steam games. Rarely I will do art trades and
these are often restricted to mutuals. If you’d like to do an art trade, please include samples
of your work in your initial correspondence.

❂ DO NOT ASK FOR FREE ART. I host freebie streams quite often, try attending one of those on either the first or third
Saturday of each month.
❂ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
❂ No work will be delivered until the invoice is paid in full. Payment plans may be discussed for larger pieces (over 100USD)
with a down payment before work begins. Rush orders are accepted for a nominal fee. There are NO refunds after the
sketch stage unless I believe I will not be able to complete the work for some reason. I will make an
attempt to explain the reasoning and refund you for any work not completed.
❂ Sketches will be submitted for approval. Changes to pose and features must be made at this time. Once completed, any
changes to colors or features EXCEPT WHEN MENTIONED IN INITIAL CORRESPONDENCE will incur an extra fee. You
can get quite a few edits during the sketch phase! If you choose not to go forward with the piece at this point, I reserve the right
to sell any sketch as a YCH pose.
❂ My art is not to be posted to other galleries except by the commissioner. When posting the work, you must credit me and link
back to my gallery in some form or fashion. (Something as simple ‘by Sharketype on FA’ will suffice).
❂ You may not alter, or pay someone to alter, my work. For example sketches and lines may be colored by yourself or by
another artist for free, AFTER asking my permission first.
❂ My art may not be used commercially (i.e. no mass production of shirts and other materials) in a way that makes you money
unless I specifically design it that way (i.e. album covers and logos). It may be used for personal tattoos, badges, and other items.
At present my fee for commercial use of my work is 150USD.
❂ My art may be used to increase the sale price of a character. For characters I designed, you may not sell it for more than you
paid.
