QUESTION.
Leaders are traditionally men with special qualities. Why are women now more likely to be
considered as effective leaders?
According to Jeremy Tozer (1972), A leader is a person responsible for achieving
objectives through others by creating the conditions in which they may be successful and for
building and maintaining the team that he or she is a member of. And,
According to Drucker, P.E (1974), A leader is someone who can see how things can be
improved and who rallies people to move toward that better vision. The statements statement
more likely about “Objectives and Vision” which is mostly the higher goal of this Individual
known as leader to Accomplish the as Settled and Planned. Now let’s understand a little bit
about the Act they Perform which is “Leadership”

According to Ray Kroc, Leadership is a quality, which cannot be acquired by any person
from the other but it can be acquired by self-determination of a person .leadership can best be
called the personality of the very highest ability whether in ruling, thinking, imagining,
innovation, warring, or religious influencing.

Throughout the definition of A leader which tells Us who exactly is a Leader which is
according to ” Jeremy Tozer and Drucker, P.E” also we have seen a meaning of what they
perform Which is “Leadership” according to “Ray Kroc” Now we have the uprising theory,
Especially currently that;
”Leaders are traditionally men with special qualities” which is Not Exactly TRUE, Since
we have Examples of Female Leaders who are considered the Effective Ones Female one of
Example of them is “The Sixth President of United Republic Of Tanzania. Doctor Samia
Suluhu Hassan”, “Doctor Tulia Atson Speaker of Parliament of the United Republic of
Tanzania” “Camila Harris the current Female Vice President of The United State of America
and the first Female to hold that position” and many More all of them currently are considered
Effective Leaders, but There is a Reason behind them. As
The following are the reasons Why women now more likely to be considered as effective
leaders;

They Are More Empathetic; During Corona Virus the leaders such as Taiwan
President, Venezuela President and Germany Chancellor were considered the best Since they
use their Empathy to make sure that they see thing on their Reality so the make restriction early
and end up with better results Until now on how to handle it since Empathy is the ability to
understand and share the feelings of another. This is incredibly important in any workplace
environment and helps you to manage conflict and relationships. So their ability to understand
feeling worked out well here that’s why they are Effective Leaders.

They Are More Inclusive; From “Christine Lagarde” the 11th managing director of the
International Monetary Fund from 2011 to 2019. When asked about Female leader she described
“I hate to say there are female and male ways of dealing with power because I think each of us
has a male and a female part. But based on my own experience, women will tend to be inclusive,
to reach out more, to care a little more.” That means Putting together other people and ask their
participation well is another trait of great leaders. The opposite is also true, if a team is weak and
dysfunctional, it is generally a failure in leadership

They are Motivated By Challenges; Currently you find that when a Challenge happen
there is a tendency of Male Leaders to Panic and React more Often and Start to Blame others
such as Former President Mr. Busunarro but, (Wregner & Miller, 2003) describe the people who
are motivated by challenges are the ones who are someone with finding a way to make
something work. They more than likely possess determination, discipline, commitment, and this
other intangible thing. To them, a challenge is the equivalent of a temporary and they treat it like
a game. It is on how quickly and how efficiently can get this done with. And that is more likely
to be found to female leaders that’s why they are so Effective.

They have a Better Decision-Making Capabilities; Doctor Samia Suluhu Hasani took
a Tanzia in State of “emergency” since the Country had Lost it Strong Leader and every one
though She can’t Do it because there was CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC, INFLATION
WORD WIDE and rise War of Russia and Ukraine but because of her better decision making
of Apart from having a futuristic vision, she have the ability to take the right decision at the
right time. Decisions taken her as a leaders have a profound impact on masses. A leader should
think long and hard before taking a decision but once the decision is taken, stand by it.

They Focus on Teamwork; From Katharine M. Nohr, Principal, Nohr Sports Risk
Management she said “The women [I’ve worked with] consistently demonstrate passion,
enthusiasm and an immense capacity to serve and be served by others. I’ve observed women
make bold and wise decisions as leaders while relying on others to be part of their team which is
the most difficult job for a leader is to persuade others to follow. It can only be possible if you
inspire your followers by setting a good example. When the going gets tough, they looks less
authoritarian and more cooperative and family-like, but with solid leadership.”

They Encourage Free Thinking; Irene Rosenfeld, CEO, Mondelez International “Our
emerging workforce is not interested in command-and-control leadership. They don’t want to do
things because I said so; they want to do things because they want to do them.
They’re Good at Multitasking; According to Carolann Tutera, President, SottoPelle
“Women make great leaders as we are natural multitasks. The ability to decisively and quickly
respond to simultaneous and different tasks or problems at a time is a critical component to
successful leadership.” Even on normal daily for example Home Activities the women has
mostly stand a better chance of performing many task at one time, which makes them stand very
Effective into leadership because of their ability to handle more than one issue at the same time.

They’re Strong Communicators; The President of BigFrog Company Tina Bacon-

DeFrece describe “Communication is said to be among a woman’s strongest skill — and
female leaders know how to use it! Whether communicating with employers, co-workers, or
partners, an open communication stream allows for clarity in executing roles and
responsibilities. Female business leaders are able to communicate regularly, clearly and
openly.” This ability communicate clearly, concisely and tactfully is a crucial leadership skill.
Communication involves more than just listening attentively to others and responding
appropriately. It also includes sharing valuable information, asking intelligent questions,
soliciting input and new ideas, clarifying misunderstandings, and being clear about what you
want. The best leaders also communicate to inspire and energize their staff were you can find
Women are very best at it..
They Dream Big; “Women make great leaders because they have an innate ability to
dream big, challenge assumptions and inspire teams and they know how to translate big ideas
into concrete action and results.” That was said by Angela Dejene, Executive Vice President,
Crosswind Media & Public Relations. Also leader with dream has a clear idea of where they
want to go, how to get there and what success looks like. Be sure to articulate your vision clearly
and passionately, ensuring your team understands how their individual efforts contribute to
higher level goals. Just as When the Tanzania President came up with TANZANIA THE
ROYAL TOUR documentary you can find the Dream there is to have more Tourism in the
County.

They are Honesty; Lakshmi Raj, Co-founder and Co-CEO, Replicon Company describe
the foundation of any relationship, both personal and professional is honest and People who want
to work for a leader they can and must trust, who has morals, values, and integrity so that can be
Trusted too as the same as they want to be view and that comes with HONESTY.. Honest leaders
interact with their employees build the kind of relationships that make success in workplace
attainable for the entire team not just the boss

They have strong empowerment skills; “Women make great leaders because they have
good ability to influence others to work hard especially to themselves that was according to
“Danita Harris, CEO, Rated M”. And good leader has faith in their ability to train and develop
the employees under them. Because of this, they have the willingness to empower those they
lead to act autonomously. Wang says this comes from trusting that their team members are fully
up to any challenges they face. When employees are empowered, they are more likely to make
decisions that are in the best interest of the company and the customer as well. This is true,
even if it means allowing workers to go a bit off script.

They Make Their Jobs Look Effortless; women make phenomenal leaders because
they are experts at making the impossible seem possible. And sometimes on a good day they
even make it look effortless. Women are pragmatic, resilient and usually able to maneuver tricky
situations with grace. Their perspectives are borne out of a mix of trial by fire and sheer
fortitude. They look at the world with bravery and are able to piece together the world around
them like a complex puzzle.”

Generally; from the discussion we have learned that currently or in a modern word
women has and stand a better chance to lead in a way that is more Effectively because of their
character and as it seems there will be a time when we can come to conclusion that many
Women are also going to be born as Leaders as it has been for men, in a long Period of time.
Since they have qualities as they have mentioned also they are so many more as Their Sense of
Humor, Interpersonal Skills and other Qualities.
